Alors que les usages mobiles et les volumes de donn\u00e9es continuent de progresser, l\u2019optimisation des transmissions montantes devient un enjeu majeur pour les op\u00e9rateurs et les fabricants d\u2019\u00e9quipements.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9duire les donn\u00e9es inutiles pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 r\u00e9seau<\/h4>\n<p>Dans les communications mobiles, une partie significative du trafic transport\u00e9 ne correspond pas directement aux donn\u00e9es utiles de l\u2019utilisateur. Les transmissions int\u00e8grent \u00e9galement des en-t\u00eates de protocoles et diverses informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019acheminement des communications.<\/p>\n<p>La fonctionnalit\u00e9 Uplink Data Compression, introduite dans la Release 17 du 3GPP, vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ces informations redondantes avant leur transmission sur l\u2019interface radio.
