Cette \u00e9volution permet aux ing\u00e9nieurs de concevoir, simuler et valider les performances de liaisons optiques compl\u00e8tes au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame environnement logiciel.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les datacenters et les infrastructures d\u2019intelligence artificielle exigent des capacit\u00e9s de communication toujours plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, la photonique sur silicium s\u2019impose comme une technologie cl\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de bande passante et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<h4>Vers une conception unifi\u00e9e des syst\u00e8mes photoniques<\/h4>\n<p>Traditionnellement, les \u00e9quipes de conception de circuits photoniques et celles charg\u00e9es de la validation syst\u00e8me utilisent des outils distincts. Cette s\u00e9paration complique les flux de d\u00e9veloppement, multiplie les it\u00e9rations et augmente le risque d\u2019erreurs d\u00e9couvertes tardivement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9gration du kit de conception photonique (PDK) de GlobalFoundries dans ADS Photonic Designer permet d\u00e9sormais de relier directement la conception des circuits photoniques \u00e0 la simulation compl\u00e8te de syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectro\u2011optiques\u2011\u00e9lectriques.
