Rohde &amp; Schwarz et Greenerwave ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une solution de mesure en champ proche peut r\u00e9pondre efficacement \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi, en combinant pr\u00e9cision et rapidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d\u2019un essai conjoint, les deux partenaires ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mesurer le diagramme de rayonnement complet d\u2019une antenne ESA en bande Ku de 50\u202fcm d\u2019ouverture en seulement 30\u202fminutes, avec des r\u00e9sultats en accord \u00e9troit avec les mod\u00e8les de simulation.<\/p>\n<h4>Une alternative aux tests en champ lointain<\/h4>\n<p>Traditionnellement, la caract\u00e9risation des antennes repose sur des mesures en champ lointain, n\u00e9cessitant des chambres de grandes dimensions. Pour des antennes de taille significative, notamment en bande Ku ou Ka, ces installations deviennent rapidement complexes, co\u00fbteuses et difficiles \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes compacts de type CATR (Compact Antenna Test Range) offrent une alternative, mais restent volumineux et exigent des proc\u00e9dures de mesure longues, avec des positionnements multi\u2011axes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche en champ proche permet de contourner ces contraintes, en r\u00e9alisant des mesures pr\u00e9cises dans des environnements beaucoup plus compacts.<\/p>\n<h4>Une campagne de test bas\u00e9e sur le syst\u00e8me R&amp;S TS8991<\/h4>\n<p>Pour cette d\u00e9monstration, Rohde &amp; Schwarz a utilis\u00e9 son syst\u00e8me de test OTA R&amp;S TS8991, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un analyseur de r\u00e9seau vectoriel R&amp;S ZNA. L\u2019antenne test\u00e9e, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Greenerwave, repose sur une technologie RIS (Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface), permettant une formation de faisceau efficace avec une consommation r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n<p>La mesure a couvert un h\u00e9misph\u00e8re \u00e9tendu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 120\u00b0 d\u2019angle polaire, avec un pas de 1\u00b0, sur dix fr\u00e9quences en bande Ku, le tout en 32 minutes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des fonctions de d\u00e9clenchement mat\u00e9riel optimis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h4>Une pr\u00e9cision valid\u00e9e par la simulation<\/h4>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9s \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques et \u00e0 des mesures r\u00e9alis\u00e9es via un syst\u00e8me CATR. Les \u00e9carts observ\u00e9s restent inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 1\u202fdB, et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement proches de 0,3\u202fdB, confirmant la haute pr\u00e9cision de l\u2019approche en champ proche.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es peuvent ensuite \u00eatre exploit\u00e9es via des outils de simulation tels que CST Microwave Studio ou MATLAB, facilitant l\u2019analyse et l\u2019optimisation des antennes.<\/p>\n<h4>Une solution adapt\u00e9e aux syst\u00e8mes SATCOM modernes<\/h4>\n<p>Les antennes ESA sont essentielles pour les communications satellitaires en orbites LEO, MEO et GEO, o\u00f9 un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis du faisceau est n\u00e9cessaire. Avec la mont\u00e9e en fr\u00e9quence et l\u2019augmentation de la taille des antennes, les m\u00e9thodes de test classiques montrent leurs limites.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e permet de r\u00e9duire les cycles de test, simplifier les infrastructures et diminuer les co\u00fbts, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pour les ing\u00e9nieurs RF et les fabricants de syst\u00e8mes SATCOM, cette d\u00e9monstration met en \u00e9vidence une \u00e9volution majeure dans les m\u00e9thodes de test\u202f: la possibilit\u00e9 de caract\u00e9riser rapidement des antennes complexes dans des environnements compacts, tout en conservant une pr\u00e9cision \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
