D\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en collaboration avec Navitas Semiconductor, ces composants marquent l\u2019entr\u00e9e de Cyient sur le march\u00e9 des semi\u2011conducteurs de puissance haute performance.<\/p>\n<p>Ce lancement constitue \u00e9galement une \u00e9tape strat\u00e9gique pour le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me industriel indien, notamment dans les domaines de l\u2019edge AI, des centres de donn\u00e9es, des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de l\u2019e\u2011mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Le GaN, moteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique de puissance moderne<\/h3>\n<p>Par rapport aux technologies silicium classiques, le GaN offre des avantages significatifs en termes de vitesse de commutation, de r\u00e9duction des pertes et de performances thermiques. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques permettent de concevoir des syst\u00e8mes plus compacts, plus efficaces et plus faciles \u00e0 refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette nouvelle gamme, Cyient r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la demande croissante de solutions capables de soutenir les infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et num\u00e9riques de prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<h3>Une collaboration strat\u00e9gique avec Navitas<\/h3>\n<p>Cette annonce s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 du partenariat \u00e9tabli avec Navitas fin 2025. Celui\u2011ci permet \u00e0 Cyient d\u2019exploiter une technologie GaN d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9prouv\u00e9e, tout en renfor\u00e7ant la pr\u00e9sence locale et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement en Inde.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, Cyient produira sous licence certains dispositifs pour le march\u00e9 local et agira \u00e9galement comme seconde source de fabrication pour des produits d\u00e9j\u00e0 en volume, contribuant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9silience globale de la supply chain.<\/p>\n<h4>Une int\u00e9gration pouss\u00e9e pour simplifier les conceptions<\/h4>\n<p>Les nouveaux dispositifs sont propos\u00e9s dans des bo\u00eetiers DPAK hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, combinant fonctions de pilotage, contr\u00f4le et protection. Ils int\u00e8grent \u00e9galement des fonctions de gestion EMI et de d\u00e9tection de courant, permettant de r\u00e9duire le nombre de composants externes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce niveau d\u2019int\u00e9gration vise \u00e0 simplifier le d\u00e9veloppement, r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais de mise sur le march\u00e9 et faciliter l\u2019adoption du GaN par les industriels.<\/p>\n<h4>Une large gamme d\u2019applications<\/h4>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie couvre des applications jusqu\u2019\u00e0 650\u202fV, incluant les chargeurs USB Power Delivery, les alimentations AC\/DC, les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019alimentation pour data centers et t\u00e9l\u00e9coms, ainsi que les infrastructures de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Ces composants sont \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes industriels et aux applications n\u00e9cessitant des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans des environnements contraints.<\/p>\n<h4>Une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me local en expansion<\/h4>\n<p>\u00c0 moyen terme, Cyient pr\u00e9voit d\u2019\u00e9largir son offre en collaborant avec des partenaires OSAT locaux, avec pour objectif d\u2019initier la production de dispositifs GaN directement en Inde. Cette strat\u00e9gie vise \u00e0 renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 technologique tout en accompagnant la croissance du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pour les concepteurs en \u00e9lectronique de puissance, cette annonce illustre la mont\u00e9e en puissance du GaN comme technologie cl\u00e9 pour les applications haute efficacit\u00e9.
