Les nouveaux mod\u00e8les XPH2R608QB et XPH3R908QB enrichissent la gamme bas\u00e9e sur le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 avanc\u00e9 U\u2011MOSX\u2011H et se distinguent par leur combinaison de faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant et de bo\u00eetier optimis\u00e9 pour la production.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution r\u00e9pond aux besoins croissants des syst\u00e8mes automobiles modernes visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, tout en garantissant une fiabilit\u00e9 accrue dans des environnements contraignants.<\/p>\n<h4>Une r\u00e9duction des pertes pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/h4>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 U\u2011MOSX\u2011H de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, ces MOSFET affichent des valeurs de RDS(on) particuli\u00e8rement faibles, contribuant \u00e0 limiter les pertes de conduction. Le mod\u00e8le XPH2R608QB propose une r\u00e9sistance maximale de 2,55\u202fm\u03a9, tandis que le XPH3R908QB atteint 3,9\u202fm\u03a9, sous une tension grille\u2011source de 10\u202fV.<\/p>\n<p>Associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une charge de grille optimis\u00e9e, ces caract\u00e9ristiques permettent d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le rendement global des syst\u00e8mes 48\u202fV, r\u00e9duisant la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et contribuant \u00e0 prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie des batteries.<\/p>\n<h4>Un bo\u00eetier con\u00e7u pour la fiabilit\u00e9 et la production automatis\u00e9e<\/h4>\n<p>Les deux composants sont propos\u00e9s dans un bo\u00eetier SOP Advance (WF) int\u00e9grant une structure de connexion en cuivre. Cette conception permet de r\u00e9duire les r\u00e9sistances internes, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la dissipation thermique et de renforcer la robustesse du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sence de flancs mouillables constitue un atout majeur pour les lignes de production modernes, en facilitant l\u2019inspection optique automatis\u00e9e (AOI). Cette visibilit\u00e9 accrue des soudures permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du montage et de r\u00e9duire les risques de d\u00e9fauts, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 une meilleure fiabilit\u00e9 globale.<\/p>\n<h4>Adapt\u00e9s aux applications de puissance automobile et industrielle<\/h4>\n<p>Ces MOSFET sont particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s aux commandes de moteurs BLDC de type\u202fN ainsi qu\u2019aux convertisseurs DC\u2011DC abaisseurs non isol\u00e9s.
