Cette approche simplifie l\u2019architecture du circuit, r\u00e9duit le nombre de composants et am\u00e9liore la fiabilit\u00e9 globale du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<h4>Optimis\u00e9 pour les relais statiques haute tension<\/h4>\n<p>Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des MOSFET externes, le TLX9920 permet de r\u00e9aliser des fonctions de commutation haute tension et fort courant difficilement atteignables avec des photorelais classiques. Contrairement aux relais m\u00e9caniques, les relais statiques ne comportent aucun contact physique, ce qui \u00e9limine l\u2019usure, r\u00e9duit la maintenance et am\u00e9liore la fiabilit\u00e9 sur le long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Le composant est conforme \u00e0 la norme AEC\u2011Q101, ce qui le rend adapt\u00e9 aux environnements automobiles soumis \u00e0 des exigences de robustesse et de durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h4>Isolation renforc\u00e9e dans un bo\u00eetier compact<\/h4>\n<p>Le TLX9920 est propos\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier SO6L compact mesurant 3,84\u202fmm \u00d7\u202f10,0\u202fmm \u00d7\u202f2,1\u202fmm. Il offre une distance de fuite minimale de 8\u202fmm et une tension d\u2019isolement \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 5\u202f000\u202fVrms (min.), r\u00e9pondant aux exigences d\u2019isolation renforc\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ces caract\u00e9ristiques le rendent compatible avec des syst\u00e8mes fonctionnant \u00e0 400\u202fV et au\u2011del\u00e0, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de la norme IEC\u202f60664\u20111 pour des environnements de degr\u00e9 de pollution\u202f2.<\/p>\n<h4>Capacit\u00e9 de pilotage int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et extinction fiable<\/h4>\n<p>Avec une tension en circuit ouvert (VOC) minimale de 13,5\u202fV et un courant de court\u2011circuit (ISC) minimal de 8\u202f\u00b5A pour un courant direct de 10\u202fmA, le TLX9920 fournit une capacit\u00e9 de pilotage suffisante pour commander efficacement des MOSFET de puissance, sans alimentation isol\u00e9e additionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Un circuit de d\u00e9charge int\u00e9gr\u00e9 simplifie encore la conception et garantit une extinction fiable du transistor, contribuant \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pour les concepteurs de syst\u00e8mes automobiles et industriels de puissance, le TLX9920 offre une solution \u00e9l\u00e9gante et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e pour la commande isol\u00e9e de MOSFET, r\u00e9duisant la complexit\u00e9 des SSR haute tension.
