Ce capteur se distingue par une sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une large dynamique, permettant une perception fiable dans des conditions d\u2019\u00e9clairage difficiles, un crit\u00e8re d\u00e9sormais essentiel pour les syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite (ADAS) et les applications de vision embarqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le AR0233AT r\u00e9pond aux exigences croissantes des constructeurs automobiles, qui cherchent \u00e0 exploiter les cam\u00e9ras non seulement pour la visualisation, mais aussi pour des fonctions avanc\u00e9es de d\u00e9tection et d\u2019analyse.<\/p>\n<h4>Une architecture de pixel optimis\u00e9e pour la faible luminosit\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>Le capteur AR0233AT est bas\u00e9 sur une technologie de pixel r\u00e9tro\u2011\u00e9clair\u00e9 (BSI) de 3\u202f\u00b5m, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une matrice active de 2048\u202f\u00d7\u202f1280 pixels. Il d\u00e9livre une sortie 1080p \u00e0 60 images par seconde, tout en atteignant une plage dynamique sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 140\u202fdB dans des conditions de faible luminosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette combinaison permet de conserver des d\u00e9tails pr\u00e9cis dans les zones sombres et tr\u00e8s \u00e9clair\u00e9es d\u2019une m\u00eame sc\u00e8ne, un atout majeur pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 automobile et la vision machine.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9duction du scintillement et robustesse des algorithmes<\/h4>\n<p>La technologie de pixel du AR0233AT int\u00e8gre une r\u00e9duction du scintillement des LED (LFM \u2013 LED Flicker Mitigation), tout en maintenant une dynamique \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Elle limite l\u2019apparition de scintillements provoqu\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00e9clairage LED ou les sources alternatives, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne particuli\u00e8rement critique pour les syst\u00e8mes de cam\u00e9ras de r\u00e9troviseur et les algorithmes de vision embarqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le contexte des nouvelles exigences impos\u00e9es par les programmes NCAP, les ADAS doivent fonctionner \u00e0 des vitesses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et dans des environnements lumineux complexes. Le AR0233AT est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces contraintes en fournissant des images exploitables par des algorithmes toujours plus sophistiqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>Une int\u00e9gration facilit\u00e9e pour les syst\u00e8mes automobiles<\/h4>\n<p>Le capteur est propos\u00e9 dans plusieurs bo\u00eetiers qualifi\u00e9s pour l\u2019automobile, notamment en iBGA et en bare die, offrant une grande flexibilit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration.
