Ce dispositif hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 combine un microcontr\u00f4leur et un pilote de grille dans un seul bo\u00eetier, et cible la commande orient\u00e9e champ (FOC) sans capteur, \u00e0 basse vitesse, des moteurs BLDC triphas\u00e9s utilis\u00e9s dans des applications telles que les pompes \u00e0 eau \u00e9lectriques, les pompes \u00e0 huile, les ventilateurs et les souffleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce nouveau SmartMCD, Toshiba r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en puissance de l\u2019\u00e9lectrification automobile, o\u00f9 la compacit\u00e9, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la r\u00e9duction du nombre de composants sont devenues des priorit\u00e9s majeures.<\/p>\n<h4>Une int\u00e9gration pouss\u00e9e pour des ECU plus compacts<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution des architectures automobiles s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une augmentation constante du nombre d\u2019unit\u00e9s de commande \u00e9lectroniques (ECU). Dans ce contexte, la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019encombrement carte, du BOM et de la complexit\u00e9 syst\u00e8me est un enjeu central. Le TB9M030FG s\u2019inscrit dans cette tendance en int\u00e9grant, au sein d\u2019un seul composant, les fonctions traditionnellement r\u00e9parties entre plusieurs circuits\u202f: calcul, commande moteur et interface de communication.<\/p>\n<p>Le composant embarque un microcontr\u00f4leur 32\u202fbits Arm\u00ae\u202fCortex\u00ae\u2011M0, dot\u00e9 de 64\u202fKo de Flash, 12\u202fKo de ROM et 4\u202fKo de RAM, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un pilotage de MOSFET de puissance \u00e0 canal\u202fN pour moteurs BLDC triphas\u00e9s. Il int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement un transceiver LIN ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019alimentation compatible batterie automobile, le tout dans un bo\u00eetier QFP48 compact de 9\u202fmm\u202f\u00d7\u202f9\u202fmm, facilitant la conception de cartes plus petites et plus simples.<\/p>\n<h4>La FOC sans capteur, un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 basse vitesse<\/h4>\n<p>La commande sans capteur des moteurs BLDC, et en particulier la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9cise de la position du rotor \u00e0 basse vitesse, constitue un d\u00e9fi technologique majeur. Pour y r\u00e9pondre, Toshiba mise sur une commande vectorielle sans capteur (FOC) capable d\u2019assurer un fonctionnement stable d\u00e8s le d\u00e9marrage, condition essentielle pour les applications automobiles exigeantes en termes de confort acoustique et de fiabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le TB9M030FG int\u00e8gre le coprocesseur Vector Engine de Toshiba, qui permet de r\u00e9duire significativement la charge du processeur principal, d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les cycles FOC et de limiter la taille du code logiciel. Cette architecture optimise les performances tout en simplifiant le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<h4>Une approche innovante de la commande sans capteur<\/h4>\n<p>La technologie de commande sans capteur d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Toshiba permet une FOC de l\u2019arr\u00eat complet jusqu\u2019aux basses vitesses lorsqu\u2019elle est utilis\u00e9e avec des moteurs synchrones \u00e0 aimants permanents optimis\u00e9s, pr\u00e9sentant une anisotropie magn\u00e9tique du rotor (Ld \u2260\u202fLq). Cette anisotropie g\u00e9n\u00e8re un couple de r\u00e9luctance, exploitable pour estimer la position du rotor sans recourir aux techniques classiques d\u2019injection haute fr\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 ces m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles, souvent sources de bruit et d\u2019harmoniques, l\u2019approche Toshiba supprime l\u2019injection de signaux perturbateurs. Elle permet ainsi un fonctionnement plus silencieux du moteur, un crit\u00e8re cl\u00e9 pour les syst\u00e8mes automobiles modernes.<\/p>\n<h4>Une plateforme \u00e9volutive pour l\u2019automobile<\/h4>\n<p>Avec le TB9M030FG, Toshiba renforce sa famille SmartMCD et confirme sa strat\u00e9gie d\u2019int\u00e9gration de fonctions critiques au sein de composants pr\u00eats pour l\u2019automobile.
