Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des temps de r\u00e9ponse extr\u00eamement courts et \u00e0 une plage d\u2019entr\u00e9e\/sortie compl\u00e8te, ce nouveau comparateur permet un arr\u00eat imm\u00e9diat des syst\u00e8mes, am\u00e9liorant significativement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, y compris dans les architectures basse tension.<\/p>\n<p>Les applications vis\u00e9es couvrent notamment les robots industriels, les syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques, les alimentations sans interruption (UPS) et les transformateurs, o\u00f9 la rapidit\u00e9 de r\u00e9action face \u00e0 une surintensit\u00e9 est critique.<\/p>\n<h4>Des temps de propagation nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s<\/h4>\n<p>Le TC75W71FU se distingue par une am\u00e9lioration majeure de ses performances par rapport au mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent TC75W56FU. Le d\u00e9lai de propagation maximal est d\u00e9sormais limit\u00e9 \u00e0 45\u202fns pour les transitions bas\u2011haut et \u00e0 30\u202fns pour les transitions haut\u2011bas, contre respectivement 550\u202fns et 250\u202fns pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ant\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9duction drastique du temps de r\u00e9ponse permet de couper quasi instantan\u00e9ment les circuits en cas de surintensit\u00e9, limitant ainsi les risques de dommages mat\u00e9riels et renfor\u00e7ant la fiabilit\u00e9 globale des \u00e9quipements industriels.<\/p>\n<h4>Int\u00e9gration simplifi\u00e9e et fonctionnement basse tension<\/h4>\n<p>Pour faciliter son int\u00e9gration dans une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de conceptions, le TC75W71FU offre une plage d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de sortie rail\u2011\u00e0\u2011rail, lui permettant de fonctionner efficacement entre la masse (GND) et la tension d\u2019alimentation maximale (Vcc). Il prend \u00e9galement en charge un fonctionnement basse tension d\u00e8s 1,8\u202fV, ce qui en fait une solution polyvalente pour les syst\u00e8mes modernes \u00e0 faible consommation.<\/p>\n<p>Log\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier compact SOT\u2011505 (SM8), le comparateur est adapt\u00e9 aussi bien aux applications industrielles qu\u2019aux \u00e9quipements grand public, y compris les appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers et les alimentations.<\/p>\n<h4>Une feuille de route \u00e9largie pour la s\u00e9rie TC75W<\/h4>\n<p>Dans la continuit\u00e9 de cette annonce, Toshiba a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 deux futurs mod\u00e8les, les TC75W72FU et TC75W73FU, dont la production en s\u00e9rie est pr\u00e9vue pour f\u00e9vrier\u202f2026. Le TC75W72FU int\u00e9grera une hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis accrue afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019immunit\u00e9 au bruit, tandis que le TC75W73FU combinera une hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis et une sortie \u00e0 drain ouvert, permettant la transmission de signaux vers des domaines de tension externes \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation du comparateur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ensemble de la s\u00e9rie est con\u00e7u pour fonctionner sur une plage de temp\u00e9rature \u00e9tendue de \u201140\u202f\u00b0C \u00e0 +125\u202f\u00b0C, avec des tensions d\u2019alimentation comprises entre 1,8\u202fV et 5,5\u202fV.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pour les concepteurs d\u2019\u00e9quipements industriels et de syst\u00e8mes de puissance, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du TC75W71FU offre une solution de d\u00e9tection de surintensit\u00e9 plus rapide et plus s\u00fbre, capable de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences croissantes de fiabilit\u00e9, de compacit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
