Cette troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration accepte une plage de tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u00e9tendue de 85 \u00e0 305\u00a0Vac, permettant une exploitation directe sur des r\u00e9seaux 277\u00a0Vac, couramment utilis\u00e9s dans les environnements industriels, l\u2019\u00e9clairage et l\u2019automatisation des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p>Ces modules sont con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des applications \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 de puissance, o\u00f9 la gestion thermique, la fiabilit\u00e9 et la flexibilit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration sont des crit\u00e8res d\u00e9terminants.<\/p>\n<h4>Une conception pens\u00e9e pour la gestion thermique et l\u2019int\u00e9gration<\/h4>\n<p>Le PFE1500FB est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une plaque de base m\u00e9tallique qui autorise son utilisation dans des configurations o\u00f9 la convection naturelle ou la ventilation forc\u00e9e ne sont pas envisageables. Cette conception permet l\u2019int\u00e9gration du module dans des bo\u00eetiers \u00e9tanches ext\u00e9rieurs ou dans des syst\u00e8mes privil\u00e9giant le refroidissement liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Le bo\u00eetier \u00e0 cinq faces facilite la dissipation thermique tout en contribuant \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions EMI rayonn\u00e9es, ce qui simplifie l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans des \u00e9quipements sensibles aux perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<h4>Supervision et r\u00e9glage \u00e0 distance via PMBus<\/h4>\n<p>Le module int\u00e8gre une interface PMBus avec capacit\u00e9s de lecture et d\u2019\u00e9criture, permettant la surveillance et la configuration \u00e0 distance des param\u00e8tres critiques. Les ing\u00e9nieurs peuvent ainsi ajuster la tension de sortie, les seuils de protection contre les surtensions, sous\u2011tensions et surintensit\u00e9s, ainsi que configurer le partage de courant en mode droop pour les applications n\u00e9cessitant une mise en parall\u00e8le de plusieurs modules.<\/p>\n<p>Des fonctions compl\u00e9mentaires, telles que la commande marche\/arr\u00eat \u00e0 distance, un signal Power Good et une alimentation auxiliaire de 9,5 \u00e0 14\u00a0V pour 200\u00a0mA, renforcent la flexibilit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration du module dans des architectures de puissance complexes.<\/p>\n<h4>Performances \u00e9lectriques et conformit\u00e9 internationale<\/h4>\n<p>La tension de sortie est r\u00e9glable sur une plage de 38,4 \u00e0 57,6\u00a0Vdc, avec un rendement typique de 92\u00a0% \u00e0 une tension d\u2019entr\u00e9e de 230\u00a0Vac. La consommation \u00e0 vide est limit\u00e9e \u00e0 2\u00a0W lorsque la sortie est d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9e, contribuant \u00e0 une meilleure efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique globale.<\/p>\n<p>Avec des dimensions de 157,2 \u00d7 89,9 \u00d7 15,2\u00a0mm et un poids de 540\u00a0g, le PFE1500FB combine compacit\u00e9 et forte densit\u00e9 de puissance. Il est certifi\u00e9 IEC\/UL\/CSA\/EN\u00a062368\u20111, porte les marquages CE et UKCA, et r\u00e9pond aux exigences CEM et d\u2019immunit\u00e9 des normes EN\u00a055032\u2011A et IEC\u00a061000\u20114.
