Cette d\u00e9monstration met en \u0153uvre le testeur de performance vectorielle PVT360A de Rohde &amp; Schwarz, capable de caract\u00e9riser quatre femtocellules 5G FlexFi de Liteon en parall\u00e8le, au sein d\u2019un banc de test compact et \u00e9volutif.<\/p>\n<p>Cette approche illustre l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 de la plateforme PVT360A aux environnements de validation en conception comme aux lignes de production \u00e0 haut rendement.<\/p>\n<h4>Un testeur compact con\u00e7u pour la 5G NR FR1 et la production<\/h4>\n<p>Le PVT360A a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour offrir des performances RF maximales dans un format compact, r\u00e9pondant aux exigences des tests de petites cellules 5G NR FR1 et LTE sans signalisation. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 aussi bien pour les phases de d\u00e9veloppement que pour les tests de production automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Liteon a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 cette plateforme sur ses lignes de fabrication de femtocellules FlexFi 5G, ce qui lui a permis d\u2019augmenter de 50 % la vitesse globale des tests. La configuration pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au MWC permet de tester simultan\u00e9ment quatre dispositifs sous test (DUT) \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un seul instrument.<\/p>\n<h4>Une architecture multiport pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les cadences de test<\/h4>\n<p>La solution int\u00e8gre \u00e0 la fois un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de signaux vectoriels (VSG) et un analyseur de signaux vectoriels (VSA), permettant des tests RF rapides et pr\u00e9cis. Elle s\u2019appuie sur le logiciel R&amp;S VSE Vector Signal Explorer, assurant la v\u00e9rification de la synchronisation et l\u2019analyse compl\u00e8te des signaux 5G NR en liaison montante et descendante.<\/p>\n<p>Le PVT360A repose sur une architecture innovante 2 \u00d7 8 ports, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la technologie propri\u00e9taire Smart Channel, qui optimise dynamiquement l\u2019allocation des ressources. Cette approche permet d\u2019augmenter significativement la cadence de test et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019utilisation des \u00e9quipements en production.<\/p>\n<h4>Prise en charge des sc\u00e9narios 5G avanc\u00e9s<\/h4>\n<p>Au\u2011del\u00e0 des tests \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit, le PVT360A prend en charge des sc\u00e9narios 5G complexes, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les tests de porteuses multicomposantes,<\/li>\n<li>les mesures MIMO de haute pr\u00e9cision,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des options de g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs et d\u2019analyseurs de signaux \u00e0 double voie. Sa vitesse, sa polyvalence et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des architectures radio avanc\u00e9es en font un outil cl\u00e9 pour les industriels souhaitant acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la production d\u2019\u00e9quipements 5G tout en garantissant des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es et homog\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n<h4>Une automatisation renforc\u00e9e des lignes de fabrication<\/h4>\n<p>En int\u00e9grant le PVT360A \u00e0 ses lignes de production, Liteon a mis en place des processus d\u2019\u00e9talonnage et de v\u00e9rification enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9s.
