Con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences croissantes en mati\u00e8re de rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, ce composant cible les alimentations \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage des centres de donn\u00e9es ainsi que de nombreuses applications industrielles \u00e0 haut rendement.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant ultra\u2011faible, des performances de commutation am\u00e9lior\u00e9es et une r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, ce MOSFET contribue \u00e0 optimiser les architectures de conversion de puissance modernes.<\/p>\n<h4>Une technologie U\u2011MOS11\u2011H orient\u00e9e rendement et faibles pertes<\/h4>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 U\u2011MOS11\u2011H permet au TPHR6704RL d\u2019atteindre une RDS(on) typique de 0,52 m\u03a9 et une valeur maximale de 0,67 m\u03a9 pour une tension grille\u2011source de 10 V. Par rapport au MOSFET 40 V pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de Toshiba (TPHR8504PL, proc\u00e9d\u00e9 U\u2011MOS IX\u2011H), cela repr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9duction d\u2019environ 21 % de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant.<\/p>\n<p>Les performances de commutation sont \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, avec une charge de grille totale (Qg) typique de 88 nC et une charge de commutation (QSW) de 24 nC. Cette optimisation permet de r\u00e9duire le facteur de m\u00e9rite RDS(on) \u00d7 Qg d\u2019environ 37 %, contribuant \u00e0 un fonctionnement \u00e0 faibles pertes et \u00e0 un rendement global sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<h4>R\u00e9duction des EMI et am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de commutation<\/h4>\n<p>Le TPHR6704RL aide les concepteurs \u00e0 limiter les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) dans les alimentations \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage. La technologie U\u2011MOS11\u2011H r\u00e9duit les pics de tension drain\u2011source g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s lors des commutations rapides, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique des syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p>Ces caract\u00e9ristiques sont particuli\u00e8rement pertinentes pour les applications sensibles telles que les convertisseurs DC\u2011DC \u00e0 haut rendement, les r\u00e9gulateurs de tension \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage et les variateurs de vitesse pour moteurs.<\/p>\n<h4>Des performances thermiques et de courant adapt\u00e9es aux applications exigeantes<\/h4>\n<p>Le composant offre une capacit\u00e9 de courant \u00e9lev\u00e9e, avec un courant de drain maximal de 420 A, et une r\u00e9sistance thermique canal\u2011bo\u00eetier de 0,71 \u00b0C\/W \u00e0 25 \u00b0C. Sa temp\u00e9rature de canal maximale atteint 175 \u00b0C, garantissant un fonctionnement fiable m\u00eame dans des environnements industriels s\u00e9v\u00e8res et sous forte charge.<\/p>\n<p>Log\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier SOP Advance (N), le TPHR6704RL assure une compatibilit\u00e9 d\u2019encombrement \u00e9lev\u00e9e avec les conceptions existantes, facilitant les remplacements et les mises \u00e0 niveau sans modification majeure des cartes.<\/p>\n<h4>Des outils de conception pour optimiser les alimentations<\/h4>\n<p>Pour accompagner les concepteurs, Toshiba met \u00e0 disposition une gamme compl\u00e8te d\u2019outils de conception, incluant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des mod\u00e8les SPICE G0 pour la v\u00e9rification fonctionnelle rapide,<\/li>\n<li>et des mod\u00e8les SPICE G2 haute pr\u00e9cision permettant de reproduire fid\u00e8lement les comportements transitoires et de commutation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces outils aident \u00e0 optimiser le rendement, les performances thermiques et la compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique des alimentations.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pour les ing\u00e9nieurs en \u00e9lectronique de puissance, ce nouveau MOSFET offre une r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te aux exigences de rendement, de densit\u00e9 de puissance et de ma\u00eetrise des EMI.
