Ces comportements imposent de nouvelles contraintes aux infrastructures \u00e9lectriques critiques.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, Vertiv s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Yokogawa afin de valider des algorithmes avanc\u00e9s de gestion dynamique de la puissance pour ses syst\u00e8mes UPS Vertiv Trinergy, con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques des charges IA.<\/p>\n<h4>Les charges IA red\u00e9finissent le r\u00f4le des syst\u00e8mes UPS<\/h4>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019alimentation sans interruption ne se contentent plus d\u2019assurer une continuit\u00e9 de service. Face aux cycles rapides \u00ab\u202fmarche\/arr\u00eat\u202f\u00bb g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par les processeurs IA, ils doivent d\u00e9sormais agir comme de v\u00e9ritables conditionneurs de puissance dynamiques, capables d\u2019absorber et de lisser les variations instantan\u00e9es de charge.<\/p>\n<p>Sans cette capacit\u00e9, les impulsions de puissance peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9inject\u00e9es vers le r\u00e9seau ou les groupes \u00e9lectrog\u00e8nes, compromettant la stabilit\u00e9 globale du syst\u00e8me et augmentant les risques de d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n<h4>Validation avanc\u00e9e au Power Center de Vertiv \u00e0 Bologne<\/h4>\n<p>Au sein de son Power Center de Bologne, Vertiv devait valider de nouveaux algorithmes brevet\u00e9s de lissage de la puissance d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Ces algorithmes permettent aux UPS Trinergy de pr\u00e9lever intelligemment l\u2019\u00e9nergie depuis leurs batteries lors des pics de charge, prot\u00e9geant ainsi les g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs amont contre les comportements erratiques des charges IA.<\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes test\u00e9s reposent sur une topologie complexe int\u00e9grant deux entr\u00e9es secteur triphas\u00e9es AC, une entr\u00e9e batterie DC et une sortie triphas\u00e9e, n\u00e9cessitant une surveillance simultan\u00e9e de tous les points critiques. Les \u00e9quipes de R&amp;D devaient analyser :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les d\u00e9formations de forme d\u2019onde,<\/li>\n<li>le bruit et la distorsion harmonique totale (THD),<\/li>\n<li>les puissances active, r\u00e9active et apparente,<\/li>\n<li>ainsi que les contraintes thermiques sur de longues dur\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de mesure Yokogawa enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>Pour relever ce d\u00e9fi, Vertiv a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de mesure Yokogawa reposant sur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019analyseur de puissance de pr\u00e9cision WT5000,<\/li>\n<li>le ScopeCorder DL950,<\/li>\n<li>le syst\u00e8me d\u2019acquisition de donn\u00e9es GM10,<\/li>\n<li>et la plateforme logicielle IS8000 pour l\u2019orchestration et la synchronisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le WT5000 assure l\u2019analyse principale des grandeurs \u00e9lectriques avec une pr\u00e9cision de 0,03\u202f%, la mesure simultan\u00e9e des puissances AC et DC et une analyse harmonique jusqu\u2019au 500\u1d49 ordre, essentielle pour \u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie en conditions dynamiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le ScopeCorder DL950 capture les comportements transitoires des charges puls\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses 16 voies, combinant haute vitesse d\u2019acquisition et enregistrement longue dur\u00e9e.
