{"id":491147,"date":"2026-02-09T17:22:03","date_gmt":"2026-02-09T16:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=491147"},"modified":"2026-02-09T17:22:03","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T16:22:03","slug":"toshiba-renforce-la-protection-des-systemes-48-v-avec-de-nouvelles-diodes-zener-jusqua-75-v","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/toshiba-renforce-la-protection-des-systemes-48-v-avec-de-nouvelles-diodes-zener-jusqua-75-v\/","title":{"rendered":"Toshiba renforce la protection des syst\u00e8mes 48 V avec de nouvelles diodes Zener jusqu\u2019\u00e0 75 V"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Une extension strat\u00e9gique de la gamme CUZ pour les architectures modernes<\/h3>\n<h3>Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH annonce l\u2019extension de sa gamme de diodes Zener de protection CUZ avec l\u2019introduction de quatre nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences : CUZ56V, CUZ62V, CUZ68V et CUZ75V.<\/h3>\n<p>Ces composants, offrant des tensions Zener nominales allant de 56 V \u00e0 75 V, sont sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7us pour les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019alimentation 48 V et au\u2011del\u00e0, de plus en plus r\u00e9pandus dans les centres de donn\u00e9es, les \u00e9quipements r\u00e9seau et les applications industrielles.<\/p>\n<h4>Protection robuste contre surtensions et ESD<\/h4>\n<p>Les nouvelles diodes Zener de la s\u00e9rie CUZ assurent une protection efficace contre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les surtensions de commutation \u00e0 impulsion longue,<\/li>\n<li>les surtensions induites par la foudre,<\/li>\n<li>les impulsions proches du courant continu,<\/li>\n<li>tout en conservant une protection contre les d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectrostatiques (ESD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elles compl\u00e8tent ainsi les diodes TVS de Toshiba, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans l\u2019ESD, en apportant une protection renforc\u00e9e contre les surtensions de puissance.<\/p>\n<h4>Caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectriques adapt\u00e9es aux environnements exigeants<\/h4>\n<p>Les quatre nouvelles diodes partagent des performances cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dissipation de puissance maximale (PD) : 600 mW<\/li>\n<li>Courant d\u2019impulsion de cr\u00eate (IPP) : 5 A (IEC 61000\u20114\u20115, 8\/20 \u00b5s)<\/li>\n<li>Plages de tension Zener mesur\u00e9es (Iz = 2 mA) :\n<ul>\n<li>CUZ56V : 52 V \u00e0 60 V<\/li>\n<li>CUZ75V : 70 V \u00e0 79 V<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les tensions ESD atteignent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00b123 kV en contact,<\/li>\n<li>5 kV en air.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance dynamique (RDYN) typique se situe entre 3,1 \u03a9 et 4,0 \u03a9, tandis que la tension de limitation (VC) est comprise entre 112 V et 120 V, garantissant une limitation efficace des surtensions.<\/p>\n<h4>Bo\u00eetier compact et compatibilit\u00e9 industrielle<\/h4>\n<p>Les diodes sont propos\u00e9es dans le bo\u00eetier SOD\u2011323 (USC), dot\u00e9 de broches en aile de mouette facilitant le placement et l\u2019inspection optique automatique (AOI).<br \/>\nAvec des dimensions r\u00e9duites (environ 2,5 \u00d7 1,25 \u00d7 0,9 mm), elles permettent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un gain de place sur les PCB,<\/li>\n<li>une compatibilit\u00e9 totale avec les cha\u00eenes de montage SOD\u2011323 existantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toshiba confirme ainsi sa volont\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 \u00e9largir son portefeuille de solutions de protection afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la fiabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectroniques dans des environnements de plus en plus contraignants.<\/p>\n<p><em>La mont\u00e9e en puissance des architectures 48 V impose des solutions de protection capables de g\u00e9rer des surtensions \u00e9lev\u00e9es sans compromettre la fiabilit\u00e9.
