L&rsquo;installation convertit l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 renouvelable en hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle industrielle et fait partie d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0paysage de l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne\u00a0\u00bb plus large sur le site qui relie la production, le stockage et les essais de piles \u00e0 combustible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"877\">Cette \u00e9tape est importante car Bosch d\u00e9veloppe la fabrication de syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne en Allemagne, et l&rsquo;installation de Bamberg donne un aper\u00e7u de la fa\u00e7on dont les OEM et les acteurs industriels europ\u00e9ens pourraient int\u00e9grer les plateformes d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyse et de piles \u00e0 combustible dans les futurs programmes.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"924\">D\u00e9ploiement de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyseur et d\u00e9tails du syst\u00e8me<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1298\">L&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ten-technology-trends-for-solar-pv-systems\/\"> \u00e9lectrolyseur de<\/a> Bamberg int\u00e8gre deux piles PEM Hybrion de Bosch, d&rsquo;une puissance de 1,25 MW chacune et fabriqu\u00e9es localement. \u00c0 pleine charge, le syst\u00e8me de 2,5 MW produit plus d&rsquo;une tonne d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne par jour, ce qui, selon Bosch, est suffisant pour faire rouler un camion de 40 tonnes \u00e9quip\u00e9 de son module d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 pile \u00e0 combustible (FCPM) sur une distance pouvant atteindre 14 000 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1700\">Un module d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 pile \u00e0 combustible fonctionne dans un \u00ab\u00a0conteneur de dur\u00e9e de vie\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9di\u00e9, utilisant l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyseur pour \u00e9valuer la durabilit\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;un fonctionnement continu. L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le module est renvoy\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyseur pour une validation continue, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un circuit ferm\u00e9 qui permet des essais de longue dur\u00e9e. Bosch simule les cycles de charge et les fluctuations \u00e9lectriques, puis active chaque pile afin qu&rsquo;elle puisse \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement dans les installations des clients.
