Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.st.com\/media-center\/press-item.html\/p4733.html\">STMicroelectronics<\/a>, ce nouveau composant associe la technologie FD-SOI la plus avanc\u00e9e de ST \u00e0 une m\u00e9moire \u00e0 changement de phase (PCM) embarqu\u00e9e, offrant ainsi des vitesses et une robustesse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9es aux processeurs d&rsquo;application.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"77\" data-end=\"638\">Pour les lecteurs d&rsquo;ECInews, cette annonce souligne l&rsquo;\u00e9volution rapide des architectures MCU pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins \u00e9mergents en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le industriel, d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;IA et m\u00eame de mat\u00e9riel pour le NewSpace.
