Les semi-conducteurs \u00e0 large bande interdite, tels que les transistors GaN (GaN FET), s\u2019imposent comme une solution cl\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur commutation rapide, leurs pertes r\u00e9duites et leur gestion thermique sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Les dispositifs GaN permettent la cr\u00e9ation de bus en courant continu 800 V dans les racks, r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement les pertes de distribution et la taille des barres omnibus, tout en conservant la compatibilit\u00e9 avec les composants 48 V via des convertisseurs DC\/DC.<\/p>\n<h4>Des solutions GaN con\u00e7ues pour la performance<\/h4>\n<p>Les solutions d\u2019alimentation bas\u00e9es sur GaN de Renesas prennent en charge une conversion DC\/DC efficace et compacte, avec des tensions allant de 48 V \u00e0 400 V, et la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019empiler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 800 V. Bas\u00e9s sur la topologie LLC Direct Current Transformer (LLC DCX), ces convertisseurs atteignent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 98 % d\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le front-end AC\/DC, Renesas utilise des interrupteurs GaN bidirectionnels afin de simplifier la conception des redresseurs et d\u2019augmenter la densit\u00e9 de puissance.
