Une nouvelle analyse r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.de\/blog\/europe-ev-charging-infrastructure\/\">Motointegrator<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datapulse.de\/en\/\">DataPulse Research<\/a> indique que l&rsquo;UE-27 compte actuellement environ 910 000 points de charge accessibles au public, soit seulement 26 % des 3,5 millions de points de charge n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir les plans de d\u00e9carbonisation des transports de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"964\">Ce d\u00e9ficit met en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 (et le d\u00e9fi) croissante de d\u00e9velopper les connexions au r\u00e9seau, les r\u00e9seaux de recharge rapide et les syst\u00e8mes de permis dans les principaux corridors de transport en Europe.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"996\">Le d\u00e9ficit d&rsquo;infrastructures \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon 2030<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1454\">Au rythme actuel d&rsquo;installation, soit environ 150 000 nouveaux chargeurs par an, l&rsquo;UE ne devrait atteindre que 1,7 million de points d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030. Pour atteindre le seuil fix\u00e9 par la Commission europ\u00e9enne, ce chiffre devrait \u00eatre port\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 500 000 par an. L&rsquo;Association des constructeurs europ\u00e9ens d&rsquo;automobiles (ACEA) est encore plus ambitieuse : elle estime que pr\u00e8s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acea.auto\/files\/Charging_ahead-Accelerating_the_roll-out_of_EU_electric_vehicle_charging_infrastructure.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">8,8 millions de <\/a>points de charge seront n\u00e9cessaires d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030 pour r\u00e9pondre aux taux de croissance et d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification des v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1957\">Les objectifs nationaux restent in\u00e9gaux. L&rsquo;Allemagne pr\u00e9voit un million de points de charge d&rsquo;ici 2030, tandis que la France en vise environ 400 000. Les Pays-Bas suivent une approche bas\u00e9e sur la capacit\u00e9 dans le cadre de leur programme national d&rsquo;infrastructure de recharge, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur une grande disponibilit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que sur un total fixe.<br data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1748\" \/><br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodologies diff\u00e9rentes, le r\u00e8glement de l&rsquo;UE sur les infrastructures pour carburants alternatifs (AFIR) d\u00e9finit une norme minimale commune : des sites de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/lem-launches-high-accuracy-dc-meters-for-fast-ev-charging\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recharge rapide<\/a> d&rsquo;au moins 150 kW tous les 60 km le long du r\u00e9seau central du RTE-T.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"1997\">Couverture et vitesse de chargement in\u00e9gales<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2317\">La cartographie de Motointegrator montre que l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s reste concentr\u00e9 dans les grandes villes, laissant de longues \u00e9tendues rurales &#8211; en particulier en Scandinavie, en Allemagne centrale et en Europe du Sud &#8211; sans couverture suffisante. Dans ces \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9serts de recharge\u00a0\u00bb, des \u00e9carts de 40 km ou plus subsistent entre les stations, bien au-del\u00e0 des seuils fix\u00e9s par AFIR.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2319\" data-end=\"2586\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence de grandes disparit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de vitesse et de densit\u00e9 de recharge. Les Pays-Bas sont en t\u00eate pour ce qui est du nombre de prises par habitant, mais ils ont relativement peu de chargeurs de grande puissance. La Norv\u00e8ge, en revanche, combine une couverture dense avec une forte proportion de stations de 150 kW et plus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2870\">Pour combler le foss\u00e9, il ne suffira pas d&rsquo;ajouter des bornes, mais aussi de moderniser le r\u00e9seau en installant des centres plus rapides, en renfor\u00e7ant le r\u00e9seau et en appliquant des normes coh\u00e9rentes en mati\u00e8re de temps de fonctionnement.
