Les syst\u00e8mes de distribution d\u2019\u00e9nergie 54 V, con\u00e7us pour les racks \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du kilowatt, sont insuffisants pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des racks de calcul d\u2019IA \u00e9mergents \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du m\u00e9gawatt. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, NVIDIA travaille avec l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me sur l\u2019architecture d\u2019alimentation 800 VCC, qui prend en charge les racks de calcul \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du m\u00e9gawatt tout en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019utilisation du cuivre et en simplifiant l\u2019infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>ST d\u00e9veloppe activement les technologies de puces pour les architectures 800 VDC, en s\u2019appuyant sur son portefeuille de puces de puissance qui combine les technologies du carbure de silicium (SiC), du nitrure de gallium (GaN) et du silicium, ainsi que sur une conception personnalis\u00e9e avanc\u00e9e au niveau de la puce et du bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n<p>ST a r\u00e9cemment franchi une \u00e9tape importante avec le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une carte d\u2019alimentation compacte de 12 kW, de la taille d\u2019un smartphone. Le convertisseur LLC de 12 kW bas\u00e9 sur le GaN, fonctionnant \u00e0 une entr\u00e9e de 800 volts et \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de commutation de 1 MHz. Le convertisseur a pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les tests en fournissant la pleine puissance de sortie continue de 12 kW avec un rendement de plus de 98 % et une densit\u00e9 de puissance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 600 W\/po\u00b3 \u00e0 50 V.<\/p>\n<p>La solution rel\u00e8ve les d\u00e9fis fondamentaux de la densit\u00e9 de puissance, de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, de la gestion thermique et de la fiabilit\u00e9, qui sont essentiels pour d\u00e9ployer des racks de calcul d\u2019IA \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du m\u00e9gawatt tout en r\u00e9duisant la complexit\u00e9 de l\u2019infrastructure et les co\u00fbts totaux de possession.
