Les six nouveaux composants de puissance intelligents pour le contr\u00f4le de zone de la s\u00e9rie BV1HBxxxEFJ offrent une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;enclenchement (de 9 m\u03a9 \u00e0 180 m\u03a9) et une d\u00e9tection de courant de haute pr\u00e9cision, fournissant une protection robuste pour les sous-syst\u00e8mes du v\u00e9hicule tels que l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage, les serrures de porte et les vitres \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"848\">Ce lancement met en \u00e9vidence la mani\u00e8re dont l&rsquo;innovation en mati\u00e8re de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/tags\/semiconductor\">semi-conducteurs<\/a> r\u00e9pond aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9mergents au niveau des syst\u00e8mes dans la conception automobile, en particulier dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution vers des architectures zonales et une \u00e9lectrification accrue. Les commutateurs intelligents traditionnels ont souvent du mal \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les charges \u00e0 forte capacit\u00e9, mais les nouveaux composants de ROHM sont con\u00e7us pour g\u00e9rer ces conditions avec facilit\u00e9. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 affirme que la s\u00e9rie offre \u00ab\u00a0des attributs de performance cl\u00e9s tels qu&rsquo;une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;enclenchement et une forte absorption d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie inductive, tout en am\u00e9liorant de mani\u00e8re significative la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement des charges capacitives\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1695\">Cette combinaison permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les fusibles m\u00e9caniques et de simplifier les sch\u00e9mas de protection dans les syst\u00e8mes distribu\u00e9s complexes. Ils sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9s dans un bo\u00eetier compact HTSOP-J8 qui offre une excellente dissipation de la chaleur et une grande souplesse d&rsquo;agencement pour les circuits imprim\u00e9s automobiles denses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2342\">ROHM souligne que sa technologie de processus propri\u00e9taire lui permet d&rsquo;atteindre \u00e0 la fois une faible r\u00e9sistance ON et une grande tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie inductive, des param\u00e8tres g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement contradictoires.
