Ces composants sont particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressants pour les ing\u00e9nieurs qui travaillent sur l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de puissance des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, les entra\u00eenements industriels et les alimentations \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"797\"><strong>Faible encombrement, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration rapide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"1155\">Les nouveaux redresseurs comprennent les VS-E7JX0112-M3 et VS-E7JX0212-M3, ainsi que les versions qualifi\u00e9es AEC-Q101 VS-E7JX0112HM3 et VS-E7JX0212HM3. Ils combinent des temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration tr\u00e8s faibles de45 ns avec une charge de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration inverse typique (Qrr) de 105 nC et une chute de tension directe jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1,45 V. La capacit\u00e9 de jonction n&rsquo;est que de 2,5 pF, ce qui minimise les pertes de commutation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1550\">Le bo\u00eetier SlimSMA HV mesure 2,6 x 5,2 mm avec un profil bas de 0,95 mm, soit moins de la moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur du bo\u00eetier SMA conventionnel. Il supporte des courants de surtension jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 21 A et offre une ligne de fuite de 3,2 mm ainsi qu&rsquo;un indice de suivi comparatif \u00e9lev\u00e9 (CTI \u2265 600). Vishay annonce que cela r\u00e9duit le nombre de composants et le co\u00fbt tout en garantissant la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme IEC 60664-1 pour les applications \u00e0 haute tension.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1599\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Cibler les VE et les blocs d&rsquo;alimentation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1895\">Ces dispositifs sont destin\u00e9s aux applications des VE: clampage, amortisseur,\u00a0 roue libre alimentations auxiliaires. les pilotes d&rsquo;amor\u00e7age et les circuits de protection contre la d\u00e9saturation. Les utilisations finales vont des chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s et des moteurs de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques aux outils industriels, aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable et aux convertisseurs d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage \u00e0 DEL.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"2146\">Avec une structure planaire et un contr\u00f4le de la dur\u00e9e de vie dop\u00e9 au platine, Vishay met en avant la fiabilit\u00e9 et la robustesse, ainsi qu&rsquo;un fonctionnement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 +175 \u00b0C. Les redresseurs sont conformes \u00e0 la directive RoHS, sans halog\u00e8ne, et pr\u00e9sentent une sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 de niveau 1 selon la norme J-STD-020.<\/p>\n<p><a
