Dans ce contexte, Deca Technologies et Silicon Storage Technology (SST), filiale de Microchip Technology Inc., annoncent une collaboration strat\u00e9gique pour d\u00e9velopper une solution de chiplet de m\u00e9moire non volatile (NVM), pens\u00e9e pour les syst\u00e8mes multipuces avanc\u00e9s.<\/h3>\n<p>Cette initiative repose sur la combinaison des technologies M-Series de Deca, bas\u00e9es sur le fan-out et l\u2019Adaptive Patterning, avec la technologie SuperFlash de SST, leader dans la m\u00e9moire flash embarqu\u00e9e. Ensemble, elles proposent une plateforme compl\u00e8te permettant aux clients de concevoir, tester et produire des chiplets NVM, tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une flexibilit\u00e9 architecturale accrue par rapport aux approches monolithiques traditionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le bo\u00eetier chiplet ainsi con\u00e7u int\u00e8gre la m\u00e9moire SuperFlash, la logique d\u2019interface, ainsi que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments physiques n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 son fonctionnement autonome. Il s\u2019appuie \u00e9galement sur des r\u00e8gles de conception RDL optimis\u00e9es, des flux de simulation, des strat\u00e9gies de test et des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication issus de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de partenaires qualifi\u00e9s de Deca.<\/p>\n<p>Cette solution modulaire vise \u00e0 simplifier l\u2019int\u00e9gration, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les cycles de conception et favoriser l\u2019adoption de l\u2019int\u00e9gration h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne.
