La nouvelle gamme Compact DIPM comprend le PSS30SF1F6 (30A \/ 600V) et le PSS50SF1F6 (50A \/ 600V), avec des livraisons d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons \u00e0 partir du 22 septembre.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"832\">Un encombrement r\u00e9duit pour des conceptions \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1190\">Les nouveaux modules utilisent la technologie RC-IGBTs de Mitsubishi (reverse-conducting insulated-gate bipolar transistors) pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;encombrement \u00e0 53% de la taille des Mini DIPIPM Ver.7 series. Cette taille r\u00e9duite permet d&rsquo;utiliser des substrats d&rsquo;onduleurs plus compacts pour les climatiseurs et les syst\u00e8mes de pompes \u00e0 chaleur, r\u00e9pondant ainsi aux besoins de l&rsquo;industrie en mati\u00e8re de miniaturisation et d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1506\">Mitsubishi indique que les modules seront \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 PCIM Asia 2025 \u00e0 Shanghai \u00e0 la fin du mois, soulignant leur r\u00f4le dans la mise en \u0153uvre de solutions d&rsquo;onduleurs plus efficaces. Au niveau mondial, la technologie des onduleurs est de plus en plus d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation, ce qui est directement li\u00e9 aux objectifs de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1545\">Con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre adopt\u00e9 dans les climats froids<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1846\">Mitsubishi Electric a \u00e9galement mis l&rsquo;accent sur la robustesse pour les r\u00e9gions plus froides telles que l&rsquo;Europe du Nord et l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Les modules compacts DIPIPM fonctionnent en continu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 -40\u00b0C, garantissant des performances stables dans les syst\u00e8mes de climatisation par pompe \u00e0 chaleur, m\u00eame \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1848\" data-end=\"2116\">Parmi les autres points forts de la conception, citons une nouvelle fonction de verrouillage pour la protection contre les courts-circuits, qui simplifie la conception du circuit, et des distances d&rsquo;isolation \u00e9quivalentes entre les bornes et le dissipateur thermique par rapport aux mod\u00e8les conventionnels, ce qui facilite le remplacement dans les conceptions existantes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2152\">Poursuivre l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage du DIPM<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2486\">Mitsubishi a commercialis\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois son DIPIPM en 1997, en int\u00e9grant des dispositifs de commutation avec des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le dans un bo\u00eetier moul\u00e9 par transfert.
