Le premier mod\u00e8le, le 21C, a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 avec une approche ax\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es, combinant la fabrication additive et l&rsquo;optimisation computationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Pour soutenir les prochaines \u00e9tapes du d\u00e9veloppement de ses produits, Czinger utilise l&rsquo;environnement CarRealTime VI-grade en Italie pour simuler et valider en avance, le comportement des v\u00e9hicules dans le cycle de conception.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;environnement de simulation permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs de Czinger de travailler avec un mod\u00e8le de v\u00e9hicule \u00e9volutif pour des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le. Les principaux domaines d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat comprennent l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des caract\u00e9ristiques a\u00e9rodynamiques, des strat\u00e9gies de suspension active et de la r\u00e9partition efficace de la masse dans la simulation afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9sultats de performance mesurables pour la validation sur piste.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre objectif avec la 21C \u00e9tait de livrer une hypercar comme aucune autre en utilisant les derni\u00e8res avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de fabrication num\u00e9rique et d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;IA\u00a0\u00bb, a comment\u00e9 Ewan Baldy, ing\u00e9nieur en chef chez Czinger Vehicles. \u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s avoir atteint cet objectif, nous passons maintenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante en incorporant les outils de simulation\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0VI-grade\u00a0\u00bb pour r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance aux prototypes physiques, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la validation et am\u00e9liorer la fa\u00e7on dont nous \u00e9valuons les syst\u00e8mes cl\u00e9s du v\u00e9hicule d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du d\u00e9veloppement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Limit\u00e9e \u00e0 80 exemplaires, la 21C est une hypercar homologu\u00e9e pour la route et d\u00e9tient les records du tour de la voiture de s\u00e9rie \u00e0 Laguna Seca, au circuit des Am\u00e9riques et \u00e0 la course de c\u00f4te de Goodwood au Royaume-Uni.
