{"id":484542,"date":"2025-08-14T09:34:02","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T07:34:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=484542"},"modified":"2025-08-17T18:09:58","modified_gmt":"2025-08-17T16:09:58","slug":"systeme-test-de-lemballement-thermique-de-batteries-base-sur-lia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/systeme-test-de-lemballement-thermique-de-batteries-base-sur-lia\/","title":{"rendered":"Syst\u00e8me de test de l&#8217;emballement thermique de batteries bas\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;IA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des chercheurs chinois ont combin\u00e9 plusieurs mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle pour cr\u00e9er le premier syst\u00e8me automatis\u00e9 au monde qui teste l&#8217;emballement thermique des syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie par batterie (BESS).<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse d&rsquo;essais SGS en collaboration avec le Chongqing Energy College (CEC), afin de r\u00e9pondre aux pr\u00e9occupations en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie li\u00e9es \u00e0 la croissance mondiale rapide des syst\u00e8mes BESS dans les installations commerciales, industrielles et r\u00e9sidentielles.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la Chine a connu une croissance consid\u00e9rable de sa production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire, ce qui n\u00e9cessite des syst\u00e8mes de batteries BESS pour r\u00e9partir la charge. Le march\u00e9 mondial de ces syst\u00e8mes de stockage en batterie est en pleine expansion. \u00c9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 468,2 milliards de dollars en 2024, il devrait atteindre 1 200 milliards de dollars d&rsquo;ici 2031, soit un taux de croissance annuel moyen de 15,2 %, selon SGS. Cette \u00e9volution entra\u00eene un besoin accru de capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;essai et de validation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/munich-emc-lab-boosts-sgs-automotive-and-consumer-test\/\">Le laboratoire CEM de Munich stimule les essais d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements automobiles et grand public<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;emballement thermique peut provoquer des augmentations incontr\u00f4lables de la temp\u00e9rature et de la pression \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une cellule de batterie, entra\u00eenant des incendies ou des explosions. La solution de test d&#8217;emballement thermique de SGS est conforme \u00e0 la norme ANSI\/CAN\/UL 9540A:2025 pour \u00e9valuer la propagation des incendies dus \u00e0 l&#8217;emballement thermique dans les BESS et fournir des donn\u00e9es essentielles sur les risques potentiels lors des \u00e9v\u00e9nements d&#8217;emballement thermique.<\/p>\n<h4>Mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;IA pour l&#8217;emballement thermique<\/h4>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me combine les mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;IA Yolo, TensorFlow, ResNet et VGG pour personnaliser le traitement des donn\u00e9es de temp\u00e9rature, de tension, d&rsquo;\u00e9missions de gaz et de combustion collect\u00e9es pendant les tests. Les chercheurs ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des algorithmes qui ajustent automatiquement les param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;essai, en collectant les donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re synchronis\u00e9e et en temps r\u00e9el. Les mod\u00e8les de vision par ordinateur Yolo et Resnet sont utilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9tecter et enregistrer toute trace de fum\u00e9e et d&rsquo;incendie, minimisant ainsi les interventions manuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;essai, actuellement en service au laboratoire des \u00e9nergies renouvelables et avanc\u00e9es de SGS \u00e0 Chongqing, est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un logiciel centralis\u00e9 qui contr\u00f4le tous les \u00e9quipements d&rsquo;essai et automatise l&rsquo;initialisation, le r\u00e9glage des param\u00e8tres et la collecte des donn\u00e9es.
