{"id":483693,"date":"2025-07-27T08:05:19","date_gmt":"2025-07-27T06:05:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=483693"},"modified":"2025-07-26T22:12:57","modified_gmt":"2025-07-26T20:12:57","slug":"lallemagne-sinteresse-a-la-technologie-des-batteries-lithium-soufre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/lallemagne-sinteresse-a-la-technologie-des-batteries-lithium-soufre\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;Allemagne s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la technologie des batteries lithium-soufre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le gouvernement allemand a soutenu un projet de 5,3 millions d&rsquo;euros sur trois ans visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de batteries au lithium-soufre.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de recherche LiSSy (Lithium-Sulphur Synergies) est men\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/theion-opens-solid-state-sulfur-battery-centre\/\">theion<\/a> avec QuanteQ, Fraunhofer ISIT (FAB-SH) et Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin pour d\u00e9velopper des cellules lithium-soufre avec des densit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de plus de 500 Wh\/kg pour diverses applications, y compris l&rsquo;aviation \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>La chimie des batteries au lithium-soufre a connu un pass\u00e9 mouvement\u00e9, des entreprises telles qu&rsquo;Oxis Energy n&rsquo;ayant pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 assurer une production de masse. En 2018, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/lithium-sulfur-battery-project-aims-for-safer-electric-vehicles\/\">projet europ\u00e9en de 8 millions d&rsquo;euros sur quatre ans appel\u00e9 LISA<\/a> (Lithium Sulphur for Safe Road Electrification) visait \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des cellules pour Renault qui, en 2024, avaient abouti \u00e0 deux lignes pilotes op\u00e9rationnelles et \u00e0 des cellules de 18Ah avec une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de 450Wh\/l.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, il existe des op\u00e9rations mondiales qui augmentent la production, ce qui a d\u00e9savantag\u00e9 l&rsquo;Europe. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, Lyten se concentre sur le sulfure de lithium et a rachet\u00e9 les actifs du fabricant de batteries NorthVolt, qui a fait faillite, y compris sa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/lyten-buys-cuberg-plant-in-lithium-sulfur-boost\/\">filiale Cuberg<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/lg-energy-plans-all-solid-state-battery-pilot-line-as-it-cuts-battery-capex-by-30\/\">LG Energy pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une ligne pilote<\/a> pour les batteries \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide utilisant du lithium m\u00e9tal et du soufre.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/stellantis-signs-zeta-energy-for-lithium-sulfur-ev-batteries\/\">Stellantis signe un contrat avec Zeta Energy pour des piles au lithium-soufre<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/lyten-plans-1bn-lithium-sulfur-battery-gigafactory\/\">Lyten pr\u00e9voit une gigantesque usine de batteries au lithium-soufre d&rsquo;une valeur de 1 milliard de dollars<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Theion coordonne le consortium et apporte sa technologie brevet\u00e9e pour la cristallisation du soufre, le d\u00e9veloppement de cathodes \u00e0 soufre \u00e0 haute performance et la conception d&rsquo;architectures de cellules \u00e9volutives.<\/p>\n<p>QuanteQ est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les syst\u00e8mes laser compacts et puissants. Dans le cadre de ce projet, elle apporte son expertise dans les applications laser pour le traitement des mat\u00e9riaux et l&rsquo;activation des cellules.<\/p>\n<p>Le Fraunhofer ISIT apporte son expertise en mati\u00e8re de caract\u00e9risation des cellules, d&rsquo;analyse post-mortem et de recyclage, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des performances et du comportement au cours du vieillissement, ainsi que sur les strat\u00e9gies de recyclage des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le Centre Helmholtz de Berlin contribue au projet par ses m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;analyse. Gr\u00e2ce au rayonnement synchrotron et \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9thodes avanc\u00e9es, les processus de r\u00e9action sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el, comme la formation de polysulfures, le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;interfaces ou la croissance de dendrites sur l&rsquo;anode de lithium.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de projet cr\u00e9era un r\u00e9servoir de connaissances qui rassemblera l&rsquo;expertise et les id\u00e9es des diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes et travaillera \u00e0 des \u00e9tapes clairement d\u00e9finies dans le cadre d&rsquo;ateliers r\u00e9guliers.<\/p>\n<p>QuanteQ, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Berlin, d\u00e9veloppe et commercialise les lasers haute performance les plus compacts au monde dans leur cat\u00e9gorie pour le traitement des (micro)mat\u00e9riaux, avec un portefeuille de lasers \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide pomp\u00e9s par diode (DPSS) de diff\u00e9rentes longueurs d&rsquo;onde, y compris 355 nm (UV) et 266 nm (DEEP UV), qui se caract\u00e9risent par une puissance de cr\u00eate extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les applications comprennent le (micro)marquage, le microper\u00e7age, la microd\u00e9coupe et le (micro)traitement des mat\u00e9riaux.
