Cette innovation permet une r\u00e9duction significative de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant (RDS(ON)) et de la r\u00e9sistance thermique, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des alimentation \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage dans les centres de donn\u00e9es, stations de base et \u00e9quipements industriels.<\/h3>\n<p>Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le bo\u00eetier SOP Advance(E) r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9sistance de 65 % et la r\u00e9sistance thermique de 15 %, ce qui se traduit par une baisse des pertes et une meilleure gestion thermique. Le TPM7R10CQ5 int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement une diode de corps \u00e0 haute vitesse, optimisant le redressement synchrone.<\/p>\n<p>Toshiba propose \u00e9galement des mod\u00e8les SPICE G0 et G2 pour faciliter la conception et la simulation des circuits d\u2019alimentation.
