Un consortium d’Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes a con\u00e7u Sentmi <\/strong>un capteur connect\u00e9 permettant de pr\u00e9venir les accidents tragiques et d’optimiser la maintenance des ouvrages d’art et des b\u00e2timents. Il sera bient\u00f4t mis sur le march\u00e9.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Le constructeur savoyard L\u00e9on Grosse poss\u00e8de un p\u00f4le d\u00e9veloppement dans lequel il travaille sur des outils de diagnostic des ouvrages. Il s’est alli\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0Brochier technologies, entreprise de Villeurbanne qui d\u00e9veloppe des textiles techniques \u00e0 base de fibre optique, et \u00e0 la start-up\u00a0Inouid, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l’internet des objets, \u00e0 Ecully, pour imaginer, avec l’aide du\u00a0Laboratoire proc\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e9nergie b\u00e2timent (Locie) de l’universit\u00e9 de Savoie,\u00a0Sentmi, l’acronyme de\u00a0sensors textile pour monitoring des infrastructures<\/em>. Il s’agit d’un\u00a0capteur de suivi de l’\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 des infrastructures.<\/p>\n

Ce patch intelligent de 10×10 centim\u00e8tres, peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 au niveau d’une fissure ou coul\u00e9 dans le tablier d’un pont. Il est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 une carte \u00e9lectronique qui envoie les donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el et \u00e0 distance sur une application, permettant de suivre l’\u00e9volution\u00a0et de\u00a0recevoir des alertes\u00a0si la situation devient critique. \u00ab\u00a0On peut le placer sur un pont, sur un b\u00e2timent. Pour l’instant, il est plut\u00f4t destin\u00e9 aux structures en b\u00e9ton, b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, ou ma\u00e7onnerie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Sentmi <\/strong>e<\/span>st test\u00e9 depuis un an sur un multiportique de 20 m\u00e8tres, cr\u00e9\u00e9 sur le site aixois de L\u00e9on Grosse. Il a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 dans des tabliers de pont, de m\u00eame qu’un\u00a0ouvrage en montagne est instrument\u00e9 depuis quatre \u00e0 cinq mois. La commercialisation est pr\u00e9vue pour fin 2025.<\/p>\n
