Cette technologie ouvre la voie \u00e0 une production rapide et \u00e9conomique de m\u00e9tasurfaces compactes, essentielles pour les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications de demain, en offrant niniaturisation, reconfigurabilit\u00e9, efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et polyvalence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Des mat\u00e9riaux intelligents pour des antennes compactes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les antennes actuelles, fabriqu\u00e9es par des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s traditionnels (usinage, lithographie), restent co\u00fbteuses et peu adapt\u00e9es aux it\u00e9rations rapides. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, les ing\u00e9nieurs de la plateforme PFAN-P ont explor\u00e9 des r\u00e9sines photopolym\u00e8res compatibles avec l\u2019impression 3D, capables de servir de substrats di\u00e9lectriques optimis\u00e9s pour les hautes fr\u00e9quences (27-44 GHz).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Une production int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et agile qui\u00a0\u00a0repose sur trois \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Impression 3D du substrat<\/strong> : r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur une machine du r\u00e9seau FAN utilisant la technologie MSLA<a name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>, cette \u00e9tape permet de produire en quelques minutes des disques di\u00e9lectriques de 1 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur avec une pr\u00e9cision de 0,02 mm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9rigraphie d\u2019encre conductrice<\/strong> : un d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019encre argent\u00e9e cr\u00e9e les motifs conducteurs. Cette \u00e9tape est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Heatslef, membre NAE.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment d&rsquo;antenne ainsi fabriqu\u00e9 est ensuite fix\u00e9 sur un plan de masse<\/strong>, une surface conductrice servant de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e9lectrique, afin de finaliser la fabrication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 4.55pt 0cm 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">Les tests en laboratoire dans les locaux d\u2019ULTIMETAS ont confirm\u00e9 un gain comparable \u00e0 celui des antennes traditionnelles, mais avec une r\u00e9duction du poids et du co\u00fbt, garantissant des performances \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques comparables aux m\u00e9thodes conventionnelles, avec des avantages concrets:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Co\u00fbt r\u00e9duit<\/strong> : l\u2019impression 3D et la s\u00e9rigraphie manuelle divisent les co\u00fbts de prototypage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gain de temps<\/strong> : un prototype fonctionnel est r\u00e9alisable en moins de 24 heures, contre plusieurs semaines actuellement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adaptabilit\u00e9<\/strong> : la modularit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sines et des motifs conducteurs permet des designs sur mesure pour l\u2019a\u00e9rospatial, la d\u00e9fense ou les r\u00e9seaux t\u00e9l\u00e9coms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 4.55pt 0cm 0cm;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Perspectives<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 4.55pt 0cm 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; color: black;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe travaille d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 industrialiser le proc\u00e9d\u00e9.
