{"id":481600,"date":"2025-06-16T11:21:48","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T09:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=481600"},"modified":"2025-06-16T11:21:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T09:21:48","slug":"capteur-de-batterie-haute-tension-hybride-a-effet-hall-et-shunt-pour-les-ve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/capteur-de-batterie-haute-tension-hybride-a-effet-hall-et-shunt-pour-les-ve\/","title":{"rendered":"Capteur de batterie haute tension hybride \u00e0 effet Hall et shunt pour les VE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">LEM a lanc\u00e9 un nouveau capteur de courant pour la gestion des batteries dans les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE) <\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Hybrid Supervising Unit (HSU) combine les technologies de l&rsquo;effet Hall shunt et de la boucle ouverte en un seul produit, pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis d&rsquo;un faible encombrement, d&rsquo;un faible co\u00fbt et du plus haut niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me de gestion de la batterie (BMS) du VE.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique, le BMS haute tension joue trois r\u00f4les essentiels : il g\u00e8re l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de charge et l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de la batterie, assure la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me et proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage des cellules dans le processus d&rsquo;optimisation de la batterie. Pour des niveaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, les ing\u00e9nieurs syst\u00e8me utilisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une r\u00e9sistance shunt et un capteur \u00e0 effet Hall pour mesurer le courant.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, LEM a combin\u00e9 les capacit\u00e9s et les performances de ces deux technologies en une seule unit\u00e9, en l&rsquo;int\u00e9grant dans l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9connexion de la batterie (BDU). Les signaux de chaque section &#8211; le shunt et le capteur de courant &#8211; sont ensuite collect\u00e9s par le BMS. La plage de mesure du courant va jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00b12000 A \u00e0 10s pour les deux parties, tout comme la large plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +125\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;EDR active et d\u00e9sactive l&rsquo;alimentation haute tension du VE pour permettre diff\u00e9rents modes de conduite, notamment la charge, la conduite et le freinage par r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, ainsi que pour assurer des fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de l&rsquo;EDR, l&rsquo;HSU minimise l&rsquo;encombrement, le poids et le co\u00fbt (BOM), r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;effort d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration pour une mise sur le march\u00e9 plus rapide, et permet des mises \u00e0 niveau faciles du syst\u00e8me sans impact sur l&rsquo;agencement m\u00e9canique tout en am\u00e9liorant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau du BMS, le HSU permet aux d\u00e9veloppeurs de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;atteindre facilement le niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ASIL D requis pour les VE.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance du shunt est tr\u00e8s faible, 25\u00b5\u03a9, et la partie Hall est isol\u00e9e galvaniquement, avec une pr\u00e9cision de 2% \u00e0 500 A et 5% \u00e0 2000 A. Les lignes de communication des signaux sont s\u00e9par\u00e9es en un signal de shunt et un bus analogique ou num\u00e9rique pour la partie Hall.) Un signal NTC (Negative Temperature Compensation) est fourni pour la compensation de temp\u00e9rature du shunt.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement en cours d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage, le HSU est le seul composant sur le march\u00e9 qui int\u00e8gre deux technologies dans une empreinte de shunt standard. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi, qui permet un montage facile. LEM propose dans un premier temps la pi\u00e8ce HSU00, suivie en juin de la HSU01. Les deux pi\u00e8ces conviennent aux deux tailles de barres de distribution les plus courantes de l&rsquo;EDR : 84 x 36 x 3 mm (HSU00) et 84 x 20 x 3 mm (HSU01).<\/p>\n<p><a
