Enosemi a mis au point des chiplets photoniques \u00e0 1,6 t\u00e9rabit\/s et des IP de conception qui int\u00e8grent les principaux composants analogiques et photoniques \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit n\u00e9cessaires aux interconnexions IA.<\/p>\n<p>Ces chiplets et IP comprennent des modulateurs \u00e0 haut rendement, des pilotes de modulateurs, des amplificateurs \u00e0 trans-imp\u00e9dance et des syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le int\u00e9gr\u00e9s fabriqu\u00e9s dans le cadre d&rsquo;un processus de fabrication sur wafers de 300 mm chez GlobalFoundries.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/tsmc-teams-with-nvidia-broadcom-on-silicon-photonics\/\">TSMC s&rsquo;associe \u00e0 Nvidia et Broadcom pour la photonique du silicium<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/cornerstone-aims-for-a-github-for-silicon-photonics\/\">Cornerstone vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un Github pour la photonique du silicium<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/gf-teams-for-300mm-wafer-photonics\/\">catalogue de GF Fotonix<\/a> propose de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle pour les pilotes de modulateurs 100G PAM4, les TIA, les modulateurs, ainsi que de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle pour les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le int\u00e9gr\u00e9s cl\u00e9s, afin d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re monolithique des transistors CMOS 45 nm avec des dispositifs photoniques. AMD est particuli\u00e8rement bien plac\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins, en associant ses CPU, GPU et SoC adaptatifs de pointe \u00e0 une expertise approfondie en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9seaux, de logiciels et d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de syst\u00e8mes. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>AMD a rachet\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/amd-buys-zt-systems-to-drive-data-center-ai\/\">fabricant de serveurs ZT Systems<\/a> l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re pour 4,9 milliards de dollars afin d&rsquo;assurer cette fabrication compl\u00e8te. Les conditions de l&rsquo;accord avec Enosemi n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 divulgu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Enosemi a r\u00e9cemment conclu un accord avec le fabricant Jabil, qui fournit des services de packaging photonique sur silicium pour prendre en charge les interconnexions \u00e0 plus grande largeur de bande dans les syst\u00e8mes de calcul de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle. Enosemi et Jabil d\u00e9veloppent la technologie de pointe du processus de packaging critique pour soutenir les assemblages de chiplets \u00e9lectroniques et photoniques hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Jabil est le partenaire id\u00e9al non seulement pour d\u00e9velopper des processus de fabrication de pointe, mais aussi pour fournir \u00e0 nos clients une voie vers la mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle qui peut tirer parti des chiplets photoniques hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s d&rsquo;Enosemi.
