Les diodes de la s\u00e9rie DSCxxA065LP, disponibles en versions 4A, 6A, 8A, 10A et 12A, sont log\u00e9es dans un bo\u00eetier T-DFN8080-4 ultra-efficace thermiquement et sont con\u00e7ues pour des applications de commutation de puissance \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9, telles que la conversion DC-DC et AC-DC, les \u00e9nergies renouvelables, les centres de donn\u00e9es (notamment ceux traitant des charges de travail lourdes en intelligence artificielle), et les entra\u00eenements de moteurs industriels.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Les diodes Schottky SiC de cette s\u00e9rie se distinguent par leur figure de m\u00e9rite (FOM) leader dans l&rsquo;industrie, calcul\u00e9e comme FOM=QC\u00d7VF, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pertes de commutation n\u00e9gligeables, l&rsquo;absence de courant de recouvrement inverse et une faible charge capacitive (QC). Leur faible tension directe (VF) minimise les pertes de conduction, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique globale. De plus, elles pr\u00e9sentent la plus faible fuite inverse (IR) de l&rsquo;industrie, \u00e0 20\u00b5A (max.), ce qui r\u00e9duit la dissipation thermique et les pertes de conduction, am\u00e9liorant la stabilit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Ces diodes SiC haute performance sont id\u00e9ales pour les circuits de commutation \u00e0 haute vitesse. Leur bo\u00eetier compact et \u00e0 profil bas T-DFN8080-4, avec un grand pad thermique inf\u00e9rieur, r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9sistance thermique et n\u00e9cessite moins d&rsquo;espace sur la carte, augmentant ainsi la densit\u00e9 de puissance et r\u00e9duisant la taille globale de la solution et le budget de refroidissement.
