Ils sont con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la norme DO-254 DAL 5 et sont qualifi\u00e9s pour la norme AEC-Q100 automotive grade 2.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ENS92051 est un r\u00e9cepteur (Rx) \u00e0 double faisceau en bande Ku qui prend en charge huit canaux avec un contr\u00f4le s\u00e9par\u00e9 de l&rsquo;amplitude et de la phase. La fr\u00e9quence de la porteuse Rx est comprise entre 10,7 et 12,75 GHz avec une largeur de bande instantan\u00e9e de 500 MHz. Le chipset offre la meilleure consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et les meilleures performances de sa cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ENS92052 est un \u00e9metteur en bande Ku qui prend en charge huit canaux avec un contr\u00f4le s\u00e9par\u00e9 de l&rsquo;amplitude et de la phase. La fr\u00e9quence de la porteuse Tx varie de 13,75 \u00e0 14,5 GHz, avec une largeur de bande instantan\u00e9e de 125 MHz.<\/p>\n<p>Les huit canaux du chipset peuvent prendre en charge quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 double polarisation ou huit \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 simple polarisation. Les dispositifs hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s offrent une faible consommation d \u00ab \u00e9nergie et un faible co\u00fbt, en utilisant des commandes de phase et d&rsquo;amplitude avec un capteur de temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9gr\u00e9, et l \u00bb \u00e9metteur est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un d\u00e9tecteur de puissance int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Le jeu de puces comprend une table de faisceaux pour faciliter la commutation de faisceaux \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible latence et offre une gamme de modes d \u00ab \u00e9conomie d \u00bb \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Le bus SPI et les broches de contr\u00f4le des composants fonctionnent sous une tension de logique standard de 1,8 V avec des vitesses atteignant 50 MHz, tandis que la tension du noyau est de 1,0 V. Ils renforcent \u00e9galement la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement europ\u00e9enne dans le domaine des communications par satellite, qui est devenue de plus en plus importante au cours des
