La r\u00e9duction de la tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e \u00e0 220V +\/- 20% augmente la puissance de sortie \u00e0 90W pour le ICE186EM.<\/p>\n<p>Le SiP int\u00e8gre une cellule de d\u00e9marrage de 950 V, un MOSFET CoolMOS P7 SJ \u00e0 avalanche de 800 V, un contr\u00f4leur flyback primaire ZVS, un contr\u00f4leur de redressement synchrone (SR) c\u00f4t\u00e9 secondaire et une communication isol\u00e9e renforc\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie CT Link exclusive d&rsquo;Infineon.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ac-dc-integrated-800-v-and-950-v-power-stages\/\">CoolSET Gen5 d&rsquo;Infineon<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/first-12kw-power-supply-design-for-ai-data-centres\/\">Premi\u00e8re conception d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9lectrique de 12 kW pour les centres de donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le MOSFET 800V avec un faible RDS<sub>(ON)<\/sub> de 480mOhm \u00e9limine le besoin d&rsquo;un dissipateur thermique externe, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la taille et la complexit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me avec moins de 30mW de puissance en veille. Le contr\u00f4leur prend en charge le fonctionnement en flyback avec commutation \u00e0 tension nulle (ZVS), ce qui permet de faibles pertes de commutation et une faible signature EMI, tout en am\u00e9liorant la fiabilit\u00e9 et la robustesse du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient donc \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;applications, des gros appareils \u00e9lectro-m\u00e9nagers aux serveurs d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, et permet aux d\u00e9veloppeurs de respecter des normes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques strictes et de proposer des solutions d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve du temps pour les conceptions modernes.<\/p>\n<p>Le bo\u00eetier DSO pour montage en surface mesure 12,8 x 7,5 x 2,65 mm, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l&rsquo;espace requis sur le circuit imprim\u00e9 en diminuant le nombre de composants discrets, ce qui r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement la facture des mat\u00e9riaux (BMO).
