Ces technologies entreront en production en volume dans le courant de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pour les conceptions en 1,8 nm utilisant des transistors RibbonFET gate all around (GAA) et les premi\u00e8res architectures de distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie par la face arri\u00e8re.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s travaillent \u00e9galement sur la co-optimisation de la technologie de conception pour le processus Intel 14A-E efficace et \u00e0 faible consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. C&rsquo;est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;un vaste effort de co-optimisation de la technologie de conception (DTCO) entre les \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;Intel Foundry et de Synopsys.<\/p>\n<p>Synopsys a \u00e9galement optimis\u00e9 sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle pour Intel 18A et \u00e9largi la prise en charge des conceptions Intel 18A-P. Le processus Intel 18A am\u00e9liore les performances par watt de 15 % par rapport \u00e0 la technologie 3nm pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et de 30 % en termes de surface. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 18-P augmentera ces performances, tandis que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 18-E augmentera la densit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le flux de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence EDA bas\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;IA pour 18A et 18A-P dispose d&rsquo;une plate-forme unifi\u00e9e d&rsquo;exploration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la signature qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re les conceptions multi-pi\u00e8ces 2,5D\/3D pour la technologie de conditionnement chiplet Embedded Multi-die Interconnect Bridge-T (EMIB-T) d&rsquo;Intel.\u00a0Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans le cadre de l&rsquo;alliance Intel Foundry Accelerator Chiplet r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9e, ainsi que de l&rsquo;alliance Intel Foundry Accelerator Design Service.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;EMIB-T combine les avantages des technologies de bo\u00eetier\u00a0 EMIB 2.5D et Foveros 3D pour des densit\u00e9s d&rsquo;interconnexion \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 des tailles de substrat d\u00e9passant la limite du r\u00e9ticule.
