Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 A14 vient s&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la feuille de route de TSMC, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 A16 devant appara\u00eetre \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2026. Mais alors que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 A16 offre une distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 A14 n&rsquo;en offre pas. Une variante du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 A14 avec distribution d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re devrait arriver en 2029 sous le nom d&rsquo;A14P. Source : TSMC : TSMC. <\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n<p>L&rsquo;A14 sera un tout nouveau n\u0153ud de fabrication qui utilisera une deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de transistors \u00e0 feuillets nanom\u00e9triques (gate-all-around &#8211; GAA). La cellule standard mise \u00e0 jour et l&rsquo;optimisation de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle seront propos\u00e9es sous la marque NanoFlex Pro.<\/p>\n<p>La nomenclature A14 correspond approximativement \u00e0 14 angstr\u00f6ms ou 1,4 nm, tout comme le processus de fabrication 18A d&rsquo;Intel correspond \u00e0 18 angstr\u00f6ms.
