Les ISL78264 et ISL78263 int\u00e8grent des pilotes de MOSFET puissants qui offrent une efficacit\u00e9 et une puissance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es par rapport aux autres solutions de contr\u00f4leurs VBAT buck ou boost pour l&rsquo;automobile. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le contr\u00f4leur buck synchrone \u00e0 double sortie ISL78264 et le contr\u00f4leur boost et buck synchrone \u00e0 double sortie ISL78263 offrent un faible courant de repos (Iq) de 6\u00b5A (typique) sur un seul canal buck contribuant \u00e0 une \u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Les deux contr\u00f4leurs simplifient la conception de l&rsquo;alimentation de courant en int\u00e9grant des pilotes FET qui peuvent fournir une efficacit\u00e9 de pointe de 96% et un courant de sortie &gt;10A. Ils int\u00e8grent \u00e9galement des r\u00e9sistances de r\u00e9troaction et une diode de blocage d&rsquo;alimentation externe pour les applications n\u00e9cessitant une prise en charge du d\u00e9marrage, et un spectre \u00e9tal\u00e9 programmable pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;interf\u00e9rences EMI.
