{"id":477784,"date":"2025-04-15T19:53:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T17:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=477784"},"modified":"2025-04-15T19:53:07","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T17:53:07","slug":"processus-3nm-controle-de-la-tension-et-de-la-temperature-ip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/processus-3nm-controle-de-la-tension-et-de-la-temperature-ip\/","title":{"rendered":"Processus 3nm, contr\u00f4le de la tension et de la temp\u00e9rature IP"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Omni Design Technologies a annonc\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 de son IP de surveillance du processus, de la tension et de la temp\u00e9rature (PVT) de haute pr\u00e9cision, \u00e0 faible tension, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le silicium.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le moniteur PVT ODT-PVT-ULP-001C-3, qui permet une int\u00e9gration simple et transparente, ne n\u00e9cessite qu&rsquo;une seule alimentation en tension de base et une interface num\u00e9rique, ca qui\u00a0 \u00e9limine la complexit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une tension d&rsquo;alimentation suppl\u00e9mentaire tout en garantissant une surveillance pr\u00e9cise et tr\u00e8s localis\u00e9e \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des sous-syst\u00e8mes num\u00e9riques critiques.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ODT-PVT-ULP-001C-3 est un moniteur de temp\u00e9rature, de tension et de processus \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible consommation, con\u00e7u \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un processus CMOS de 3 nm, qui fonctionne dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 150\u00b0c. Le moniteur de tension supporte quatre entr\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentielles ou asym\u00e9triques avec une plage de tension allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00b10,75 V. Un mode \u00ab\u00a0one-shot\u00a0\u00bb permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur d&rsquo;initier une mesure de temp\u00e9rature ou de tension \u00e0 la demande. Lorsqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas utilis\u00e9, l&rsquo;ensemble du bloc passe en mode veille \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible consommation. Le moniteur de processus inclus fournit des informations sur les variations de processus des transistors PMOS et NMOS du c\u0153ur, ainsi que des dispositifs PMOS et NMOS d&rsquo;E\/S.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u0153uds de processus avanc\u00e9s \u00e0 3 nm repoussent les limites de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et de la dissipation thermiques. Ce d\u00e9fi conduit souvent \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de bandes de garde dans les conceptions, ce qui se traduit par un rapport co\u00fbt\/performance\/r\u00e9duit. Le moniteur PVT Omni, r\u00e9parti sur l&rsquo;ensemble d&rsquo;un produit 3nm, permet d&rsquo;optimiser les performances et de r\u00e9duire au minimum les bandes de garde, tout en offrant plusieurs avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires, notamment<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un rail d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 tension unique permet un d\u00e9ploiement et une int\u00e9gration simples dans des puces num\u00e9riques ou \u00e0 signaux mixtes complexes.<\/li>\n<li>Des interruptions qui peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9finies lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures atteignent des seuils critiques, ce qui permet au syst\u00e8me de s&rsquo;ajuster et de maximiser les performances gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle dynamique de la tension et de la fr\u00e9quence (DVFS).<\/li>\n<li>Surveillance et att\u00e9nuation des probl\u00e8mes de vieillissement et de fiabilit\u00e9 du silicium \u00e0 plus long terme, ainsi que des attaques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 par canal lat\u00e9ral.<\/li>\n<li>Collecte de donn\u00e9es sur le profil thermique afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;analyse et la conception des futurs produits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le moniteur PVT de tension du c\u0153ur d&rsquo;Omni Design permet un d\u00e9ploiement simple et rapide pour les conceptions 3nm avanc\u00e9es en utilisant un seul rail d&rsquo;alimentation de tension du c\u0153ur. En outre, les gains d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 rendus possibles par notre solution de surveillance PVT se traduisent par une optimisation des performances du silicium dans les centres de donn\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Dr Kush Gulati, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;Omni Design Technologies. \u00ab\u00a0Le fait d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser ne serait-ce
