Mais si les yeux brillent en voyant leurs rendements, leur dur\u00e9e de vie et stabilit\u00e9 restent des d\u00e9fis majeurs pour aller vers une commercialisation.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre de leur collaboration, 3SUN et le CEA ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 leur premi\u00e8re campagne de vieillissement en ext\u00e9rieur de cellules Si\/PK. La r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;une telle campagne qui \u00e9tudie une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;architectures de sous-cellules de p\u00e9rovskite permet de d\u00e9finir des pistes pour les d\u00e9veloppements futurs de l&rsquo;architecture des dispositifs et d&rsquo;identifier les couches qui sont particuli\u00e8rement prometteuses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tests de terrain<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mani\u00e8re pertinente de v\u00e9rifier la stabilit\u00e9 des cellules solaires est de v\u00e9rifier comment elles se comportent, au fil du temps, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, comme dans la vraie vie. En environnement r\u00e9el, les cellules subissent en effet une combinaison unique de stress due aux cycles jour\/nuit, aux variations spectrales, aux variations de temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9. L&rsquo;impact de ces conditions sur la stabilit\u00e9 des tandems est encore mal compris m\u00eame s&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il d\u00e9pend fortement de l&rsquo;architecture des cellules tandem elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>La campagne a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur le nouveau banc (MPPT) install\u00e9 courant 2024 sur les toits de l&rsquo;INES. Elle a permis de v\u00e9rifier certains choix de d\u00e9veloppement et offert de premiers enseignements pour la suite des travaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les mat\u00e9riaux d&rsquo;encapsulation choisis prot\u00e8gent les cellules tandem des conditions ext\u00e9rieures\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>les couches s\u00e9lectives jouent un r\u00f4le important pour la stabilit\u00e9\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>la couche p\u00e9rovskites de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par nos \u00e9quipes pr\u00e9sente une bonne stabilit\u00e9 en comparaison avec d&rsquo;autres test\u00e9es dans la m\u00eame campagne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La campagne de vieillissement en ext\u00e9rieur a permis aussi de montrer la corr\u00e9lation entre la d\u00e9gradation observ\u00e9e en ext\u00e9rieur et les tests de vieillissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 (en int\u00e9rieur).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.3sun.com\/fr\">3Sun\u00a0<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/liten.cea.fr\/cea-tech\/liten\">Cea Liten<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bAvec des rendements \u00e0 plus de 30 %, les cellules tandems p\u00e9rovskites sur silicium (Si\/PK) sont probablement la technologie de prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pour le photovolta\u00efque.
