{"id":477424,"date":"2025-04-11T01:00:11","date_gmt":"2025-04-10T23:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=477424"},"modified":"2025-04-10T19:22:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-10T17:22:22","slug":"fraunhofer-miniaturise-la-commande-dun-capteur-de-ph-a-base-disfet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/fraunhofer-miniaturise-la-commande-dun-capteur-de-ph-a-base-disfet\/","title":{"rendered":"Fraunhofer miniaturise la commande d&rsquo;un capteur de pH \u00e0 base d&rsquo;ISFET"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">L&rsquo;Institut Fraunhofer pour les microsyst\u00e8mes photoniques (IPMS) a miniaturis\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique n\u00e9cessaire au contr\u00f4le des transistors \u00e0 effet de champ sensibles aux ions (ISFET) tout en r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de fabrication et la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La nouvelle \u00e9lectronique peut \u00eatre mise \u00e0 disposition pour une utilisation directe ou pour une int\u00e9gration dans des syst\u00e8mes de mesure internes. Ce d\u00e9veloppement fait suite \u00e0 celui de capteurs de pH ISFET \u00e0 base de pentoxyde de niobium, qui sont utilis\u00e9s pour mesurer en temps r\u00e9el, en continu et avec pr\u00e9cision les valeurs de pH en d\u00e9terminant la concentration de certains ions dans l&rsquo;eau ou d&rsquo;autres milieux aqueux .<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un an de d\u00e9veloppement, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler nos <sub>Nb2O5-ISFET<\/sub> pour mesurer en continu avec une consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1,3 mW, \u00e9lectronique comprise\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le Dr Olaf R. Hild, responsable de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 Capteurs chimiques au Fraunhofer IPMS. La consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et l&rsquo;encombrement sont des param\u00e8tres essentiels pour les syst\u00e8mes de mesure mobiles.\u00a0 La consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 190 \u00b5W..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les applications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les applications concernent la surveillance continue de l&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;environnement. A long terme, les applications vont se d\u00e9velopper\u00a0 dans la technologie m\u00e9dicale, telles que l&rsquo;analyse de divers fluides corporels, pour lesquels des syst\u00e8mes de mesure petits et performants sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle \u00e9lectronique de contr\u00f4le qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au salon \u00ab\u00a0Sensor and Test\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Nuremberg en mai prochain est particuli\u00e8rement basse consommation et \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie, facile \u00e0 manipuler et pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement. Ce syst\u00e8me se compose d&rsquo;une \u00e9lectronique analogique consommant moins de 1,3 mW et d&rsquo;une \u00e9lectronique num\u00e9rique connectable via USB-C \u00e0 environ 100 mW, ce qui facilite un \u00e9talonnage rapide sur site.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Comme les ISFET Fraunhofer IPMS pr\u00e9sentent une d\u00e9rive extr\u00eamement faible et une d\u00e9pendance de Nernst presque parfaite, un \u00e9talonnage en un seul point est suffisant pour la grande majorit\u00e9 des applications\u00a0\u00bb, explique Hans-Georg Dallmann, d\u00e9veloppeur \u00e9lectronique. Cela garantit un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cision, m\u00eame sur de longues p\u00e9riodes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le prochain objectif est encore plus petit, avec des puces ISFET de moins d&rsquo;un millim\u00e8tre carr\u00e9, afin de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux applications limit\u00e9es par la taille.
