(ALD) a mis au point un double MOSFET pour la gestion de l&rsquo;alimentation des supercondensateurs de 3V.\u00a0<\/span>Le double MOSFET ALD910030 permet un \u00e9quilibrage pr\u00e9cis de la tension et du courant de fuite, pour une utilisation plus large des supercondensateurs \u00e0 plus haute tension.<\/h3>\n<p>Les supercondensateurs sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement connect\u00e9s en s\u00e9rie pour atteindre des niveaux de tension cibl\u00e9s. Par exemple, quatre supercondensateurs de 3,3 V peuvent \u00eatre empil\u00e9s pour des applications n\u00e9cessitant une tension d&rsquo;alimentation en courant continu standard de 12 V. Cette configuration produira 13,2 V, satisfaisant aux exigences d&rsquo;une alimentation de 12 V tout en permettant des fluctuations potentielles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le MOSFET Supercapacitor Auto-Balancing (SAB) n&rsquo;utilise pratiquement pas d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage des cellules et pr\u00e9vient la plupart des d\u00e9faillances catastrophiques. Il ajuste de mani\u00e8re exponentielle les courants de drainage pour \u00e9quilibrer efficacement les tensions, prot\u00e9geant ainsi contre les fluctuations de puissance dues \u00e0 l&#8217;emballement de la tension.<\/p>\n<p>Le circuit est destin\u00e9 aux bo\u00eetiers de distribution, aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation de secours, aux applications industrielles, aux alimentations sans interruption, aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique grand public.<\/p>\n<p>Traditionnellement, les supercondensateurs largement utilis\u00e9s avaient une tension nominale de 2,7 \u00e0 3,0 V. Cependant, les supercondensateurs de 3,3 V augmentent la demande de sch\u00e9mas avanc\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrage de tension et de courant de fuite. .
