Des c\u00e2bles en cuivre actifs de 800G ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9s en 2024 et la technologie pour les syst\u00e8mes de 1,6T de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Le c\u00e2ble en cuivre actif de 1,6T Octal Small Form-Factor Pluggable (PSFP) mis au point par Amphenol utilise les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9galiseur\/redresseur lin\u00e9aire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/pam4-chips-for-800g-active-cables\/\">CopperEdge<\/a> 224G\/lane de Semtech et r\u00e9duit la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 90 % par rapport aux versions utilisant un DSP, indique Semtech.<\/p>\n<p>Cela permet de r\u00e9duire les exigences en mati\u00e8re de conception thermique et de diminuer les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;exploitation. L&rsquo;OSFP est un format de modules \u00e9metteurs-r\u00e9cepteurs \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 et enfichables \u00e0 chaud, con\u00e7u pour les r\u00e9seaux 400G et 800G.
