{"id":475949,"date":"2025-03-24T14:51:09","date_gmt":"2025-03-24T13:51:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=475949"},"modified":"2025-03-24T14:51:09","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T13:51:09","slug":"projet-de-lue-pour-un-capteur-spatial-de-400-mpixels-chez-e2v-grenoble","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/projet-de-lue-pour-un-capteur-spatial-de-400-mpixels-chez-e2v-grenoble\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet de l&rsquo;UE pour un capteur spatial de 400 Mpixels chez e2v Grenoble"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Un consortium financ\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne (UE) d\u00e9veloppe des capteurs d&rsquo;images avanc\u00e9s \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution qui pourraient \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans diverses missions spatiales, notamment l&rsquo;observation de la Terre, l&rsquo;exploration plan\u00e9taire et la recherche scientifique.<\/h2>\n<p>Le projet TENSIS (Technology for European iNdependence in Space Image Sensor), d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e de trois ans, se concentrera sur le d\u00e9veloppement de capteurs d&rsquo;imagerie CMOS avanc\u00e9s au sein de l&rsquo;UE. Son objectif est d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un avantage concurrentiel strat\u00e9gique pour les ma\u00eetres d&rsquo;\u0153uvre et les fabricants d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements europ\u00e9ens tout en minimisant la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de technologies et de capacit\u00e9s critiques provenant de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;UE.<\/p>\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 le 11 f\u00e9vrier 2025 lors d&rsquo;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d&rsquo;inauguration dans les locaux de Teledyne e2v \u00e0 Saint-Egr\u00e8ve, dans la r\u00e9gion de Grenoble, en France, le projet vise \u00e0 valider un d\u00e9tecteur CMOS 180 nm \u00e9volutif, \u00e0 grande surface, \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution, tol\u00e9rant aux rayonnements, personnalisable et abordable. Il pr\u00e9sentera des sp\u00e9cifications techniques cl\u00e9s, notamment une matrice CMOS de 24K x 16K piqu\u00e9e de 400 MPixels. En outre, une matrice CMOS piqu\u00e9e plus petite de 4K x 4K sera con\u00e7ue et fabriqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet comprend plusieurs partenaires industriels, chacun apportant une expertise pr\u00e9cieuse. Teledyne e2v Semiconductors SAS (France) et Teledyne Innovaciones Microelectronicas SL (Espagne) superviseront le projet et concevront les d\u00e9tecteurs tandis qu&rsquo;imec (Belgique) g\u00e9rera le d\u00e9veloppement de la pile optique au-dessus du d\u00e9tecteur CMOS, y compris les filtres et les micro-lentilles optiques.<\/p>\n<p>Airbus Defence and Space SAS (France) dirigera le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement d&rsquo;essai et \u00e9valuera les performances des prototypes de d\u00e9tecteurs. Alter Technology T\u00fcv Nord (Espagne) validera le petit d\u00e9tecteur 4K x 4K pour une utilisation dans un environnement spatial.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0TENSIS permettra de d\u00e9velopper des capteurs d&rsquo;images avanc\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;espace, \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution et r\u00e9sistants aux conditions spatiales\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Marc Iliozer, directeur du projet et de l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie chez Teledyne e2v. \u00ab\u00a0Le projet contribuera \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une capacit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique en Europe et \u00e0 garantir l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance en mati\u00e8re de technologie spatiale pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet se poursuivra jusqu&rsquo;au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2027. La matrice CMOS piqu\u00e9e 24k x 16k devrait atteindre le niveau de pr\u00e9paration technologique (TRL) 6, avec un prototype de capteur test\u00e9 dans un environnement appropri\u00e9. Le d\u00e9tecteur CMOS 4k x 4k atteindra le TRL7, ce qui le rapprochera du d\u00e9veloppement du produit final.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Projet visant \u00e0
