{"id":475091,"date":"2025-03-12T09:19:17","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T08:19:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=475091"},"modified":"2025-03-12T09:19:17","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T08:19:17","slug":"la-chine-developpe-sa-propre-lithographie-euv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/la-chine-developpe-sa-propre-lithographie-euv\/","title":{"rendered":"La Chine d\u00e9veloppe sa propre lithographie EUV"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Le g\u00e9ant chinois de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique Huawei teste des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&rsquo;une machine de lithographie dans l&rsquo;ultraviolet extr\u00eame (EUV) sur son site de Dongguan, selon deux sources qui ont publi\u00e9 des photographies sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux X.<\/h2>\n<p>Les sources indiquent que la production exp\u00e9rimentale de circuits est pr\u00e9vue pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 25 et que la fabrication \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle est pr\u00e9vue pour 2026, sans attribuer ces informations \u00e0 des sources propres. Elles ajoutent que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement est bas\u00e9 sur un plasma induit par d\u00e9charge laser (LDP) pour produire de la lumi\u00e8re d&rsquo;une longueur d&rsquo;onde de 13,5 nm.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 du calendrier reste donc incertaine, m\u00eame si la Chine est tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9e pour essayer de d\u00e9velopper sa propre lithographie EUV pour contourner les sanctions qui l&#8217;emp\u00eachent d&rsquo;acheter des machines ASML.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, la Chine se voit refuser l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9quipements de lithographie EUV du fournisseur commercial monopolistique, ASML Holding NV, au motif que la Chine pourrait utiliser cette technologie avanc\u00e9e pour d\u00e9velopper des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle et de calcul \u00e0 haute performance destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e chinoise. Le contr\u00f4le des exportations a limit\u00e9 SMIC, la principale fonderie chinoise, \u00e0 la fabrication de circuits d&rsquo;environ 7 nm ou 5 nm par lithographie par immersion en profondeur, avec un rendement et une efficacit\u00e9 sous-optimaux. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le premier fondeur mondial, TSMC, fabrique des circuits \u00e0 3 nm et vise les 2 nm, mais il est soumis \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le des licences d&rsquo;exportation destin\u00e9 \u00e0 emp\u00eacher les puces \u00e0 haute performance d&rsquo;entrer en Chine.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;image pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e est celle d&rsquo;un interf\u00e9rom\u00e8tre optique, l&rsquo;un des nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la fabrication d&rsquo;un scanner EUV, une machine qui a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la taille d&rsquo;un bus \u00e0 imp\u00e9riale. La traduction du texte chinois figurant sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la machine est la suivante : \u00ab\u00a0Assemblage de l&rsquo;objectif de lithographie EUV et interf\u00e9rom\u00e8tre d&rsquo;alignement. Institut d&rsquo;optique, de m\u00e9canique fine et de physique de Changchun (CIOMP).<\/p>\n<p>Le LDP est une source lumineuse moins co\u00fbteuse que le plasma produit par laser (LPP) utilis\u00e9 par ASML. Le LPP est plus difficile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer mais produit un plasma de sortie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui correspond \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit de fabrication de plaquettes plus important.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment que des universitaires chinois travaillaient sur les rayons X mous en tant que source lumineuse pour la lithographie avanc\u00e9e.
