Les dispositifs sont disponibles dans des bo\u00eetiers c\u00e9ramiques ou plastiques, compatibles broche \u00e0 broche, et se d\u00e9clinent en trois niveaux de tension.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes satellites doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences croissantes en termes de traitement et de transmission des donn\u00e9es, de r\u00e9solution de l&rsquo;imagerie et de pr\u00e9cision de d\u00e9tection. Pour am\u00e9liorer ces fonctions, les ing\u00e9nieurs cherchent \u00e0 optimiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques. Les nouveaux pilotes de grille de TI, con\u00e7us pour piloter pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les FET en nitrure de gallium, pr\u00e9sentent des temps de mont\u00e9e et de descente rapides, optimisant ainsi la taille de l\u2019alimentation et la puissance volumique. Les satellites utilisent plus efficacement la puissance g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par leurs cellules photovolta\u00efques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Javier Valle, responsable de la gamme de produits de puissance pour les applications spatiales chez TI<\/strong>, souligne que \u00ab Les satellites accomplissent des missions essentielles : couverture Internet, surveillance m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique ou suivi du transport maritime.
