{"id":472400,"date":"2025-02-10T09:59:38","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T08:59:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=472400"},"modified":"2025-02-10T09:59:38","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T08:59:38","slug":"processeurs-quantiques-intel-pour-un-super-ordinateur-quantique-japonais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/processeurs-quantiques-intel-pour-un-super-ordinateur-quantique-japonais\/","title":{"rendered":"Processeurs quantiques Intel pour un super-ordinateur quantique japonais"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Intel a sign\u00e9 un accord avec un laboratoire de recherche au Japon pour d\u00e9velopper des syst\u00e8mes informatiques quantiques \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle avec des dizaines de milliers de qubits.<\/p>\n<p>Un protocole d&rsquo;accord avec l&rsquo;Institut national des sciences et technologies industrielles avanc\u00e9es (AIST) pr\u00e9voit le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un banc d&rsquo;essai d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation au Centre mondial de recherche sur le d\u00e9veloppement commercial de la technologie de fusion Quantum-AI (G-QuAT) en utilisant des dispositifs bas\u00e9s sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/intel-aims-to-produce-scalable-silicon-based-quantum-processors\/\">technologie des processeurs quantiques d&rsquo;Intel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est de construire un syst\u00e8me avec des dizaines de milliers de bits quantiques \u00e0 un niveau utilisable industriellement d&rsquo;ici le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2030.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"UfoU8IGZtf\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/intel-aims-to-produce-scalable-silicon-based-quantum-processors\/\">Intel aims to produce scalable silicon-based quantum processors<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content lazyload\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Intel aims to produce scalable silicon-based quantum processors&#8221; &#8212; eeNews Europe\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/intel-aims-to-produce-scalable-silicon-based-quantum-processors\/embed\/#?secret=MNrKr8yBoP#?secret=UfoU8IGZtf\" data-secret=\"UfoU8IGZtf\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Intel a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/intel-shows-mass-produced-12qbit-cmos-quantum-chip\/\">un processeur quantique appel\u00e9 Tunnel Falls<\/a> pour les chercheurs, en utilisant un processus de points quantiques pour cr\u00e9er des qubits de spin qui peuvent \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre dans des CMOS commerciaux sur des wafers de 300 mm avec des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/intel-boosts-euv-quantum-dot-yields\/\">rendements de 95 %<\/a>, ce qui les rend commercialement viables.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;AIST et Intel s&rsquo;appuieront sur le d\u00e9veloppement des processeurs Tunnels Falls, en travaillant sur de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux pour les points quantiques et les technologies de mise en \u0153uvre, ainsi qu&rsquo;en am\u00e9liorant la technologie de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration pour les ordinateurs quantiques \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et la cryo\u00e9lectronique pour le contr\u00f4le des bits quantiques.<\/p>\n<p>Intel travaille \u00e9galement sur une technologie permettant de faire fonctionner des processeurs quantiques \u00e0 spin qubit \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que celles proches du z\u00e9ro absolu. Elle a \u00e9galement mis au point une puce de contr\u00f4le quantique cryog\u00e9nique appel\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/intel-debuts-2nd-gen-cryogenic-quantum-computing-control-chip\/\">Horse Ridge II<\/a>, qui permet une int\u00e9gration plus \u00e9troite des processeurs quantiques, ainsi qu&rsquo;une cryosonde qui permet d&rsquo;effectuer des tests en grande quantit\u00e9 afin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la commercialisation.<\/p>\n<p>La startup am\u00e9ricaine PsiQuantum vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 produire un ordinateur quantique avec des millions de qubits en utilisant une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/psiquantum-taps-gf-to-get-to-a-million-qubits\/\">technologie photonique construite avec GlobalFoundries<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"www.aist.go.jp\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aist.go.jp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.aist.go.jp<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aist.go.jp\">;<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intel.com\">www.intel.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Intel a sign\u00e9 un accord avec un laboratoire de recherche au Japon pour d\u00e9velopper des syst\u00e8mes informatiques quantiques \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle avec des dizaines de milliers de qubits.
