{"id":471817,"date":"2025-02-03T20:10:41","date_gmt":"2025-02-03T19:10:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=471817"},"modified":"2025-02-03T20:10:41","modified_gmt":"2025-02-03T19:10:41","slug":"chassis-module-pour-onduleurs-de-350kw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/chassis-module-pour-onduleurs-de-350kw\/","title":{"rendered":"Ch\u00e2ssis module pour onduleurs de 350kW"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Vincotech a mis au point un chassis module de puissance refroidi par une plaque de base pour les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation de 2000 V et 350 kW.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le flow E3BP est une \u00e9volution des bo\u00eetiers flow 2 et flow E3 de l&rsquo;entreprise visant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es des conceptions de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.\u00a0Le chassis utilise une surface sp\u00e9cialement trait\u00e9e avec une plaque de base convexe qui fournit un contact thermique sup\u00e9rieur pour mieux disperser la chaleur et g\u00e9rer plus de puissance avec un encombrement r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau du bo\u00eetier CTI600 du module r\u00e9siste bien aux tensions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es du syst\u00e8me, car les parois d&rsquo;isolation augmentent les lignes de fuite et les distances d&rsquo;isolement. Un mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;interface thermique pr\u00e9-appliqu\u00e9 est disponible en option, de m\u00eame que des broches \u00e0 enfoncer.<\/p>\n<p>Cela permet de concevoir des onduleurs photovolta\u00efques de plus de 350 kW avec un seul bo\u00eetier par phase, ce qui r\u00e9duit de 30 % le co\u00fbt d&rsquo;une solution \u00e0 deux modules. Il permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire la surface du dissipateur thermique de 34 % par rapport au flux E3, augmentant ainsi la densit\u00e9 de puissance de 51 %.<\/p>\n<p>La faible inductance profite aux conceptions d&rsquo;onduleurs solaires et ESS 2000V pour les segments des services publics et commerciaux. L&rsquo;entreprise souhaite \u00e9tendre ce portefeuille de produits \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres applications telles que le contr\u00f4le des mouvements, les entra\u00eenements industriels et les stations de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>La gamme de bo\u00eetiers de modules de puissance de Vincotech comprend 24 options allant de moins de 10 kW jusqu&rsquo;au MW.
