Elle offre une fen\u00eatre de croissance extr\u00eamement basse d\u2019environ 200\u00b0C et une uniformit\u00e9 remarquable, inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 %, sur des \u00e9chantillons de 7\u00a0x\u00a07\u00a0cm.
