Record battu avec 3o,8% d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Sur la technologie des cellules solaires tandem p\u00e9rovskite-sur-silicium, une nouvelle \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie, \u00e9tablissant un nouveau record d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de 30,8% *. Cette cellule a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au point dans les laboratoires du CEA sur le campus de l\u2019Institut national de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire (INES).<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019architecture tandem utilis\u00e9e par le CEA et 3SUN pour ce record permet de d\u00e9passer la limite th\u00e9orique de rendement, fix\u00e9e autour de 29%, pour les technologies conventionnelles au silicium actuellement en production dans les giga-usines photovolta\u00efques. De plus, alors que la plupart des records internationaux sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur des surfaces de 1 cm\u00b2,\u00a0dans le cas pr\u00e9sent, cette performance est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur une cellule de 9 cm\u00b2, ce qui devrait faciliter le passage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle industrielle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>+2,4 points de pourcentage en un an<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En une ann\u00e9e de d\u00e9veloppement, les \u00e9quipes du CEA et de 3SUN ont gagn\u00e9 2,4 points de pourcentage de rendement sur les cellules de ce type, passant de 28,4 % en janvier 2024 \u00e0\u00a030,8 % en janvier 2025<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>C\u2019est sur la base de cette excellente dynamique que le programme de recherche va se poursuivre, en 2025 et au-del\u00e0, pour aller aller vers les derni\u00e8res barri\u00e8res permettant la production de masse avec\u00a0 le passage \u00e0 des cellules de plus grande surface et une dur\u00e9e de vie am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Am\u00e9liorer le rendement des cellules photovolta\u00efques<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maximiser la capacit\u00e9 des cellules \u00e0 convertir en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire re\u00e7ue, est un enjeu majeur pour la fili\u00e8re.
