Le MCU comprend 384 Ko (376 Ko pour l\u2019utilisateur) de m\u00e9moire Flash et 160 Ko de SRAM, qui peuvent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9s en option m\u00eame dans les modes basse consommation. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le codage de correction d\u2019erreur (ECC), capable de corriger une erreur simple et de d\u00e9tecter une double erreur, couvre l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9moire Flash, de la SRAM et du cache pour garantir une ex\u00e9cution fiable du code dans les applications exigeantes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ce MCU est dot\u00e9 d\u2019un frontal analogique (AFE) avec un HART int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 faible consommation, permettant le transfert bidirectionnel de donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques sur une boucle de courant vers et depuis des capteurs industriels pour la configuration et le diagnostic. L\u2019AFE fournit \u00e9galement deux CAN sigma-delta \u00e0 12 canaux (\u0394-\u03a3) qui num\u00e9risent les signaux analogiques externes et les param\u00e8tres du syst\u00e8me tels que la temp\u00e9rature et les tensions d\u2019alimentation. Un amplificateur \u00e0 gain programmable (PGA) avec des gains r\u00e9glables pr\u00e9c\u00e8de chaque CAN.
